BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! On 05/08/2024, we visited Elite motors with the intent on looking at vehicles to purchase. After meeting with Doug the salesman, we were shown a few vehicles. We eventually narrowed the search down to one vehicle that we were interested in. There were a few things that we noticed that need to be repaired right away before we signed the paperwork to purchase the vehicle. The hood needed to be buffed out and the LED taillight entire assembly needed to be replaced and we both signed and agreement to have that fixed. We also discussed having the vehicle inspected by our mechanic to ensure no other issues. After we signed the paperwork for the vehicle and paid a down payment of $11,000 we took the vehicle home. On the drive home we noticed a grinding noise. We immediately took it to our mechanic for inspection. (05/10/2024) Our mechanic noticed the following issues: Right rear lamp assembly inoperative/needs assembly/possible differential transmission or transfer case griding noise more noticeable in 4 wheel drive/received 2 codes from ECM P1353-00(distance sensing cruise control signal message counter incorrect/P15f-00(front object detection control module torque request signal message counter incorrect)check technical service bulletins/driver assist system lights come on. We called the dealership immediately to discuss the issues found by our mechanic. We spoke to Leroy at Elite motors and they assured us they can fix the problems as well as fix the issues we discussed before signing for the vehicle. We brought the vehicle back to Elite motors on 05/13/24 because that was the soonest they could get us in. We then spend the next few days talking with Leroy trying to get an update on the status of the vehicle. We were told that they were working on it and that we would have it back by the end of the week (05/17/24) On Tuesday 05/21/24 They called to tell us they replaced a tensioner belt and added differential fluid. that the vehicle was ready for a pick up. Since that was not the items they told us to they would repair we went back to Elite motors to talk with the managers. We spoke with Skyler in the service department and they told us they would work on the things promised. The following day the called us back to the dealership so we could show them the issues again. On 05/28/24 they determined the differential needs to be rebuilt so they sent it to Park City Transmissions & Auto Body Shop to do the repairs. ON 06/03/24 we were told they wouldn't have the parts until the end of the week or next week the week of the 10th of June. After Park City Transmissions returned the vehicle to Elite, the problem was still not fixed. They then sent it to a 3 location to see if they could fix the vehicle. Libertyville Chevrolet had the car for a whole week and could not figure out the problem. At this point we are getting lawyers involved. We just want our money back. Its been 6 weeks (42 days) and we still don't have a car to drive. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

Elite Motors makes everything easy for me.

Elite Motors makes everything easy for me. From scheduling and expertise to great customer service, they run a fantastic dealer center. I'll also add that knowing there was no bargaining and that I get a fair market price. Kendrick, thank you for all your help on getting my dream Titan.

The second that I walked into this fine establishment, I truly felt like family, (a long lost relative who was coming by for a visit). The Concierge Michelle, is a truly special person, who helped me to feel EXTREMELY Comfortable Immediately upon my arrival... Her Amazing Personality and Beautiful Smile really has the ability to brighten anyone's day... She was beyond welcoming and sweet!!! It didn't end there though, Michelle stopped by several times during the buying process to add words of encouragement, and to put my mind at ease!!! As for Antoinette, the Sales Person who helped me, she was unbelievably patient and kind through the whole process... I could just tell, Antoinette really wants every customer to have a laid back and stress free experience, of purchasing their vehicle... She has the natural ability to listen to what a customer wants and to help make that a reality... Her caring nature, made me feel like I had known her all my life, which in turn, we had some GREAT conversation throughout the process. She then brought over Lenny, the Sales Manager, who really worked with me, to negotiate the goals that I had mind, in purchasing my vehicle! Lenny truly helped to put my mind at ease, and reach the ultimate goal that I had in mind. Don't be intimidated by him, he really is a "Gentle Giant"... The Finance Manager as well, was very nice and out going... I received more than I had asked for, from her also... Overall, I was EXTREMELY Satisfied with this Beautiful Vehicle that I purchased, the process in obtaining it and the ENTIRE staff of this up and coming Dealership, "Elite Motors"... This place has very good customer service.

This place has very good customer service. Ms.Michelle Schaps was very nice and made sure I was comfortable. Mr.Kendrick also made sure I got the best car for me! I would definitely refer this place to anybody who is looking for a car.
