Liars. Had problems immediately on the way home, wanted to swap cars whithin the 3 day grace period, they wouldn't. Promised to haul car, then didn't...Do not trust them..My d car would be an upgrade to this one. So thanks to lies, I'm stuck paying for an unreliable car that "had a clean car fax" even though my mechanic showed me where the damage was covered up....Awesome.. If there was a way to sue..I would

We had an appointment to look at a specific vehicle and...
We had an appointment to look at a specific vehicle and they sold it before we got there and didn't give us warning. We drove an hour to look at it. I feeling that it is shifty customer service to not let us know that it was sold since they didn't have another vehicle we wanted.

bugos dealer
they added a paint protection warranty on a 2013 used lexus rx350 for 700 . becarefull with these guys here. check and double check there add ons.. or yet dont buy from these guys.

Waiting & calling for two weeks for them to 'get the...
Waiting & calling for two weeks for them to 'get the truck in' (a long bed F150) and then do a turn around prep - kept telling me "truck in the garage, not ready yet/almost ready" type story, then supposedly sold overnight to someone else, after promising specifically, that could not happen - zero credibility - don't waste your time -

nice cars. fast service. BUT
My opinion with buying many cars in past from large new car dealerships. To small ma pa shops with 10 cars. The customer service was excellent. Very nice. Welcoming and attentive. Great cars and the facility is tops in class. They offer service on vehicles etc etc. my only thing would be about the financing. Awesome they offer three different terms up to 72,months. But there were some costs that some may not warrant as necessary. Some may not want a warranty. I think your nuts not too. But costs were automaticity thrown in. Some fees were explained that at signing paperwork what it was but not costs. That was left out. Almost $5,000 worth of fees left out. But these are features of a contract and should be chosen to be added by consumer prior to final contract written. So just be aware of extra costs at finance. Do I recommend elite motors. Yes I do.

Excellent experience! First heard about this dealership from one of my friends. Inquired about a 2017 Subaru Forster they had listed. Heard a response quickly and set up an appointment the next day. I worked with Ronald who answered all my questions and very satisfied with the services I received. I was able to trade in my 2013 Toyota Prius for this vehicle! Very smooth process and satisfied with the services I received!

This dealership does not ever answer the phone but they send you a text on the number you call them on. It does not matter whIch option you choose, no one will answer. I will not do business with anyone that only wants to text and is more concerned about your personal information than whether or not you want to purchase a vehicle. Seems like they have o e sales associate.

Worst place ever to buy a car. Lenny is a deceptive manager. Car broke completely down 8 days after purchase and they are not willing to help. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

THE MOST DECEPTIVE DEALERSHIP! DONT BUY FROM THEM
I have NEVER dealt with a more deceptive dealership in all my car buying years. They advertised features that were not actually on the car AND showed me a clean car fax despite knowing the car had been in an accident. They took advantage of the lag time in reporting the accident to the car fax and sold it before it was reported. I do, however, have proof that they knew of the accident. Car Gurus confirmed that they have several complaints from customers that bought cars with advertertised features that were NOT ACTUALLY ON THE CARS. THE WORST, MOST DECEPTIVE DEALER. BEWARE.

Beware unethical practices
They will offer you a long term loan agreement for the perceived price savings. They will then purposefully try not to show optional fees added.
