This was a horrible buying experience. I noticed a couple...

This was a horrible buying experience. I noticed a couple things wrong with the truck. I was told we won’t fix it unless it’s a safety issue. like a crack in the windshield, and the ac either having a short or malfunction. It started blowing smoke like it was on fire. This truck is a 2012 gmc and I paid 22,500. I should not be having theses issues or when I mentioned it to them, They should’ve fixed it or dropped the price. Sales person said I’ll be back let get gas for it and comes back with just under half a tank. Just feel I was taken advantage of because I didn’t have the best credit.

Elite was pretty horrible!

I bought a truck from them, and I mentioned a number of things wrong with the truck, asked for them to fix or drop price so that I can fix them. The response I got back is we will fix it if it’s a safety issue. Well I found two. A crack in the windshield and the ac blowing smoke. I asked to fix it and they didn’t do anything. I truly feel they were taking advantage of me because I have bad credit. Horrible experience, and don’t Recommend buying a car from them ever!

This dealership told me I was approved for a car....

This dealership told me I was approved for a car. Contracts signed and down payment charged. TWO MONTHS LATER I get a call from them telling me that they couldn't get financing and they wanted the car back! I looked into weather this was legal or not. This is called the spot delivery scam and it's illegal in most states, but not IL. Most dealerships still don't participate in this. When I called them on their scam they said IL is a spot state and they can do this. They are aware of the scam and purposely scam people. This scam is used to get more down payment or a higher interest rate out of the customer banking on the fact they are willing to do anything to keep the car.

Bad experience

Dealer added $1,300 in fees that were non-negotiable on top of the advertised price. Fees included $350 for "VIN etching" that had allegedly already been done, and $650 for "paint protection". Sales manager even had a hard time explaining what paint protection was. Be careful with this dealer.

Salesperson of the year, Mr. Robert Jones

Robert Jones is the man to go to, Very professional he made me feel like family and like a friend since i got there till i left, I went into the dealership looking for a 1500 silverado, when i ask Mr. Jones= he said they didn't have any, but he went far and beyond my expectations and put me in a 2016 GMC SIERRA ALL TERRAIN, that's a beauty right there, Mr Jones gave me a awesome deal on the truck hands down, paperwork went by fast, i was in and out of Elite Motors in no time, thank you! Great job awesome people and very professional if you want to talk business, have a great deal, have someone to go beyond your expectations Mr.Robert Jones is the man for the job.

Would not recommend this dealership. They are misleading...

Would not recommend this dealership. They are misleading and sneaky with their sales. Staff lies about several things while purchasing our vehicle. Vehicle had 1 thousand more miles then was advertised as. Sales team changed my payment plan from 36 to 60 months without mention of this change. Staff had been rude about their mistakes no one even apologized for these errors.
