Great Experience!!!

VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!

04/01 my boyfriend and I put down a $15,000 cash payment for a 2009 Audi A4. We were aware there were some MINOR issues with the car, but decided to purchase the vehicle. We filled out a "We Owe" form which detailed minor repairs and adjustments. A week later we called to check on the status of the vehicle, and we were told the vehicle would be ready for shipping later the following week... the car was received 04/25... it came shinny, polished, and with a few scratches we didn't notice at the time of purchase (not a problem as long as the other issues were fixed). Unfortunately, the door still doesn't lock on the back passenger side (which was in the contract to be fixed), the lock on the right doesn't have a cover (it did at the time of purchase), we aren't sure if the front end was adjusted/repaired as promised in the contract (there's still a rubbing sensation on the driver's side). AND TO BOOT: three hours later (just after delivery), the EPC and Airbag light come on and the car no longer starts. I am aware the marketing and business of a dealership is tough--I'm sure it's get's busy! I am a nursing student and a travel nurse! I needed a reliable car! We thought we were getting a great deal since the car only has a little over 47,000 miles. You guys are 7... SEVEN hours away! We live in Fairmont, MN!!!! This car is a lemon!!!!! We've spent a total of $18,000; for what for a gilded car????!!!!!!!!! Bryson the sales representative we worked with was great and made himself available to answer our questions and concerns. (Bryson, we don't mean to make you permanently bald, but man what in the world!!!??)

Only had my pickup truck for 2 months and​ breaking down

I've only had my Ford F-150 for 2 months and the transmission is going, truck won't go over 60 without shaking, engine is extremely loud and Victor from elite motors told me he can give me an estimate for repairs that I will have to pay for, I still owe 8k, looking into legal actions if this is not taken care of!!!!!!!!!
