Excellent Experience

I came in at 530 they close at 6 as I was unaware. yet unbegrudgingly My salesman Devin stayed until 930 and I drove home that night in a new car. its very refreshing to meet people who treat their customers so well this is my third Mercedes but first time purchasing at Feldman's but henceforth will be the only dealership in MN that I will do business withy for the forceable future as well as recommend them and my salesman Devin to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle.

The best and most friendly customer service

I am thrilled with the service I received from start to finish and will be a new customer of Feldmann Imports Mercedes-Benz. My engine light went on late Thursday afternoon. When I called the service center at the dealership, there was a "live" person that immediately answered the phone to discuss the reason for my call and schedule my appointment. I was able to have my vehicle inspected and serviced the next morning. The service consultant assigned, John, was awesome. John and the technician researched to find that the issue causing the engine light to go on was covered under an extended manufacturer's warranty and the repair was completed within just a few hours. They even provided complimentary Lyft rides from and back to the dealership. I am so impressed by their customer service that I am switching to this dealership going forward for my annual maintenance service.

Let's be honest, no one likes to take their car in for service. Especially somewhere new that they aren't sure what they are going to get. So, thank you for trusting us and giving our Service Department a try! It's awesome to hear that John was able to help you out and get you back on the road in a timely manner. He does a fantastic job taking care of his customers and providing them with an excellent experience. Our entire staff will do what they can to make sure your vehicle is repaired properly the first time and that you have an amazing experience while you visit us. We appreciate the review!

Joe Feldmann-do the right thing

If we could give zero stars, we would. My wife and I leased a EQS 450 SUV from this dealership based on the build sheet that was downloaded on the vehicle from the Feldmann website. After taking delivery, we find out the build sheet was incorrect and it didn't have the heated steering wheel as listed on the build sheet. Basically , the vehicle that was delivered was not the vehicle that we thought it was based on the build sheet. I just spoke with Tom, the sales manager, and he stated "if" that was the build sheet from their website, that it was incorrect and probably from the manufacturer. To imply that it may not be the build sheet dowloaded from their site was totally unprofessional. I sent the salesperson the build sheet prior to purchase so...they knew what we were looking at. Tom stated that there is nothing they can do about the heated steering and offered up another accessory in exchange. Here's the issue, we leased this vehicle from Feldmann based on it having this important feature. Not the only reason, but was one of the main reasons. The dealership should do the right thing. Take the vehicle back and give us the vehicle we thought we were getting.

Deceptive marketing practices

I get both of MBs serviced at Feldmann. After my latest service I received an email from their sales dept saying my car was in high demand and they would like to offer to buy it. I went through the on line process, including pictures, since they service the vehicle they already had that information. I received a written offer of over $49,000 with the sales person saying the amount could be higher once they see the vehicle. So I went in. Much to my chagrin, their new offer was just over $43,000. When I inquired as to why the difference, the new sales person said it's just what he was told by the sales manager. Needless to say I was fairly frustrated, and asked to speak to the sales manager who told me a) he needs to talk to IT to understand how they valued the vehicle so high ( he wasn't totally familiar with the tool they use). Keep in mind that a sales rep gave me a value, and sales reps never give values unless someone signs off on it. And b) he was a "new car guy" and wasn't familiar with used cars. I guess at Feldmann new cars are never purchased using trade ins.... Bottom line is they did not honor their original value. This was a bait and switch pure and simple. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Feldmann over the years, and used their service department. That came to an abrupt and sudden end today.

I completed my third Mercedes Benz lease today, and I continue to be impressed by the Feldmann Imports team. Don Harvey is an experienced salesman, and with every interaction with Don, I appreciate his attention to detail and helping the customer along the way. Don and team are the reason I keep going back to Feldmann’s. From the sales to financing to delivery experience, everyone makes the leasing experience as “easy” as possible. Great buying experience with an awesome salesman, Don. Thank you!

This was my first time buying a vehicle from Feldmann

This was my first time buying a vehicle from Feldmann Imports. From the minute I walked in the door until I drove off in my new car, I had a great experience. They made me feel welcome, and really listened to my needs. I've purchased a lot of cars in my life, and I have to say this was one of the smoothest experiences. Unlike most dealerships that make you feel pressured and pestered when you're trying to look at vehicles, Matt at Feldmann was professionally attentive, but made me feel like it was a friend helping me buy a car rather than some salesman. I can't say enough good things about Feldmann imports in Bloomington!
