Feldmann’s took great care of me. I was really satisfied with my overall experience from start to finish. It was a little stressful searching for a vehicle during this time of shortages but, they did everything they could to make sure they could help me find what I was looking for. I highly recommend them!

Matt Sack is the greatest! Our experience at Feldmann Imports was exceptional. It is our second Mercedes bought in 3 years and we recommend buying a car from Feldman’s. The entire process was very simple and enjoyable. Matt is so kind and genuinely cares about his clients. The Finance Department and experience was so smooth and quick. I love my new car and I love Feldman’s.

I dropped off my vehicle for service B and suspension...

I dropped off my vehicle for service B and suspension work which they have replaced in less than six months, and the initial problem did not revolve. The service rep called me and said that the front suspension was sitting low even though the rear suspension was. I approved the service. Before the completion of the service, He quoted $5,300. When I called back to confirm the payment, He mentioned a different amount which I paid online. So when I went to pick up the vehicle, this time it was another person, and he printed me an invoice that indicated a different but less than the previous two. When I pointed out that I have been quoted three different amounts, he took the invoice back said he would talk to my service rep to clarify the disparity, but nobody reached out to me. After two days, I called the front desk, and the lady I spoke to said that she would send the service rep a message to contact me, which did not happen. The following week I called and complained that I am yet to get my concern addressed, and I requested an invoice to show the service performed; it has been a month, and still no call or an invoice, and the suspension still sits low on one side. They changed and charged for oil even though the oil sticker indicated that it was changed in a week. I have been going to this place for years, and this is the worst service and communication I have ever received. I used to work with Dan Hunt and never had any issues.

bad company

I requested a specific car to drive and it was not there even though it was listed. I called to verify it was there and they said yes. I went in that day and the car was not here yet. This does not earn my trust and it gives all dealerships a bad name. On top of it, they were condescending, and customer service was bad. I went to Sears instead and was treated so differently and they had the car I called ahead about! Do not buy from Feldmann

We came in to just to look and kick some tires, but ended up buying! What a surprise! But why not? The car was exactly what we had hoped for and we were ready. After a week of driving it, I am pleased to report that we are completely satisfied. What a car! Jack and Matt made a great team. They were thorough and professional. This is our first Mercedes purchase. They listened and fit us with the best car for our needs. That was much appreciated. Once the sale was complete, Matt assisted us with the set-up for the instrument panel. Thanks to his advice and patience, it seemed simple. Just the way it should be, but seldom is. Again, much appreciated. We did not need financing, as this was a cash purchase. So that was quick. But that also was a very pleasant part of the overall experience. In all, a very wonderful experience! Thanks!

Excellent experience as usual. Matt McGonigle (Product Concierge) was terrific and patient. Matthew Olson in new car sales was also excellent. I would highly recommend Feldman if one is shopping for a new luxury car/suv. There is a difference when dealing with a family owned business.

Very disappointing

First, there was almost total disregard for wearing masks. I had to mention it more than once. The sales manager was talking loudly and wearing no mask at all. Second, we got a very inexperienced sales person who did not know basic information about the car. And, finally, the promised $25 VISA card in exchange for a test drive never materialized after more than a month of promises. Overall a very negative experience, especially compared to Sears Imports and Minnetonka BMW which was a world of difference in terms of professionalism, cleanliness, knowledge of the cars and customer service.
