Sales Experience
Our Sales Consultant, Chris Schouten, was excellent to work with. He answered our questions and made sure we were receiving the information we desired to make our decision accordingly. There was no pressure on his part, which is what made the sale for us, along with working with an excellent individual on the value of our trade. One of the most positive car buying experiences we have had. We will look Chris up the next time we are in the market for a new vehicle.

Excellent purchase experience
Our salesman was new, just learning the ropes. He and his boss worked hard to find out what we wanted to know, to handle our expectations, and to make sure our questions were answered. It's been a pleasure helping this young man develop his skills and understanding. Then our experience in the Business Office was equally pleasant. Questions were answered completely and promptly. The paperwork was handled expertly and quickly. Our entire McCarthy purchase has been a pleasure.

Purchase a new Terrain

I was at your dealership tonite because I had my kids car in for service at about 7 pm. As I was waiting for my wife to pick me up, I was strolling around looking at the awesome cars your company had displayed. One of the older managers looked at me and said hi. That was it. Not how may I help you.?? Nothing. I went a little further and spotted a salesperson sitting at his desk at playing on his phone. Again maybe a hi but nothing about helping me out what so ever. I then proceeded to ask him so questions about lease deals, Etc. It was a struggle, but he answered my questions. But I felt the whole time that I was wasting his time. He was almost mad that I was asking about numbers on particular vehicles. I am seriously in the market for a car/truck but I could tell I wasn't getting anywhere. I was really disappointed in the management and them really wanting to at least try to sell me a car/truck. The managers knew I was there and didn't even get off their chairs to help or get someone else to seriously try to help me. There were at least8 employees milling around and at their desks. I wanted that Yukon or at least have someone show it to me. I feel I tried as a customer to be an interested one. I feel that your deslership really dropped the ball. I personally know carmen Schmitt and also asked if she was in. She was not but that question still got no additional interest In me. I have always thought highly of the service department but your sales team and especially the management have no business doing what they do. Sell automobiles. I would have seriously looked at buying a vehicle from you but got basically no help. I sell glasses for a living. If I had a customer roaming around, I would have completely jumped all over that situation as my effort adds to the business. That was an awful experience.

I bought a vehicle and 1 week and 3 days later the car broke down. The salesman I bought it from is giving me a run around. It sounds like they do not want to fix it. The salesman says it is one thing and my mechanic says another.
