Great experience!

I just bought my second GMC Acadia through the Costco Auto Program at McCarthy Auto World in Coon Rapids. I traded twi vehicles in for a new 2017 and the process and people were great. I highly recommend them.

Sales Consultant above and beyond help.

Sales Consultant Marty Thompson helped in many ways as we purchased a 2014 Buick Verano. My wife who walks with a walker especially appreciated Marty's patience and help.

Top Notch from the the entire staff

I was just 'looking' to replace my 2007 Suburban LTZ with 285,000 miles (I had just gotten her broken in) and stopped by this dealer to see the newer (2015 and newer) Suburbans and Yukon XL's. I found a beautiful 2015 LTZ and before I knew it, I was signing the papers. The very next day I noticed what I felt was a significant issue with the paint and went back to the dealer ~At this point I was a rather unhappy customer to put it mildly. The General Manager took the time to work directly with me, let me vent my frustrations and anger, all the while maintaining the utmost professionalism. After I exhausted all my anger, we sat down in his office and he very calmly assured me he would take care of my concerns to my satisfaction - and that he did. He also went beyond my expectations and provided a loaner while the work was being performed. fast forward two months - I brought my vehicle in for some 'warranty' work and their Service Department experience was equally as terrific. They had my vehicle for a couple days - called me at the end of each day with updates - never had that before - again - WOW I have purchased many vehicles over the years, new and used, and this [dealership] has by far been my best experience.

Used vehicle purchase

Went in later in the evening looking as vehicles. The staff was very pleasant and friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this dealer.

Living the dream

I went to McCarthy GMC in Coon Rapids with no intention of purchasing a vechile. Then I met a young salesperson named Mr. Anthony Cotten who I consider a people person. I have dealt with various salespersons but Anthony listened with what I wanted, the customer. I also met additional people at McCarthy GMC that were nice . To make a long story short, I purchased a used truck . As Anthony would say, living the dream.

Chevrolet Tahoe

John Gosewisch was great. We have purchased a few vehicles from him and will continue to do so. He seemed to really work for our benefit and still keep the dealership in mind. Went for an oil change and ended up purchasing a 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ

Decent experience

Pretty fast finance woman. She was very efficient. Had to walk out to get a deal. Same weird gut feeling buying a car.
