Drove 3 hours to see a car the salesman said was very clean and good body. Looked at the car and small dents over rear wheel well. The hood of the mercury Milan was repainted by a beginner painter, had dust under paint, had to have an accident at one time. Will not buy a used car from this dealer or any other.

Poor service

We purchased a certified pre owned vehicle from McCarthy Auto World. Within a week of purchase we had to bring it back. The brakes had frozen, the stereo had a major short and we found a few other small things. The car wasn't spotless either. After the repairs were made, we had a number of other failures that required extensive shop time. We have met with Sally (the salesperson), the sales manager and the GM multiple times and would like to return the car and purchase a comparable one. Although we've test driven a few other vehicles, each time we've said we would like to purchase, they've stated the vehicle was no longer available. They were already sold while we were test driving them! The only vehicle they could offer us as comparable over the past seven months was an electric blue Buick. Nope. We still own a vehicle that we don't trust and will probably disintegrate the second the warranty expires. This is an unethical dealership, which should not sell certified, pre-owned products.

Excellent service and friendly, competent staff.

You would have gotten 5 stars if you could have gotten the problem to show up so you could have fixed it. That`s the only bad thing about my visit and I`ll be back again.

I would definitely buy from you again. The sale went good. They have a very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff.

The were all friendly. Answered all my questions. They were very busy, but I tho't with an appointment I wouldn't wait more than an hour for an oil change

Clean facilities

Service took longer than expected and the license plate on vehicle was bent after repairs, which set off warning signals

High knowledge of vehicles and lease programs.

Sales Rep was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the lease program. New all of the nuances associated with each. Helped me in determining which one to choose.

Friendly service always willing to do whats best for there customers. James Spates is the best advisor, I have been seeing him since i purchased my new truck in 2010 he's the best!!
