Tight Schedule

I recently stopped in to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Upon arrival I was informed that my rear wheels were out of alignment as they automatically check the alignment as you drive into their service area. I was asked by my Service Consultant, Blake Reiter if I wanted them to fix that also and I told them yes and I would wait at the dealership while they did the work but I was on a tight schedule and told Blake this. I asked how long it would take to do the work and he told me 1 1/2 hours and this was going to cut it short to accommodate my schedule. An hour later Blake came out to get me and said everything was done and I was ready to go. The service team went above and beyond to get my things done and even 30 minutes faster than what I was told. Great team and very friendly people to work with.

Going in for service work.

Everyone one at TOM KADLAC is very friendly and helpful when buying a car or servicing one. Brad Dahl in the service department is great.

Excellent, attentive service people.

Dennis Thompson has assisted me on numerous occasions. Always kind, very efficient and attentive to my questions and concerns for my Honda CRV. The rest of the service department is great too. A fantastic team.

I had great service when bringing in my Pilot that had an...

I had great service when bringing in my Pilot that had an engine light come on the display. Mike Dahl was very helpful & mechanics searched til they found he problem & fixed it! I had bad gas- 47% alcohol so they had to drain it & fix one cracked part & it has been fine since! Mike explained things & I was glad I brought it in to you for service! Thanks!
