Tom Kadlec Honda

I have owned multiple Honda vehicles in the past and have been very happy with them. I have purchased the past 3 in La Crosse since that is where I live. This year I decided to extend my search to Rochester. I was amazed with there service. Kaleb Hamlin welcomed us with a warm smile and was very engaging throughout the process. "Z", the manager, even took time to come out and greet us. She was very personable and willing to make our trip to Rochester worthwhile. Last I met with Max Weisheipl for the paper work. Again, very friendly. Thanks to all of you for making this purchase a very positive one.

Just bought a new 2019 Honda CR-V from Neal Moen. He was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and no pressure sales pitch. Provides excellent information and training on all the new safety features on the car.

I was looking for an 2016, 2017 Honda CRV. I ended up not getting one, because i live in Owatonna, and we have no Honda dealer, and it was hard coming to Rochester once a week to check the inventory. But i was working with Kevin DeCaluwe and he was remarkable. He would text me back and forth telling me what came in. Was also looking for a Ford Escape. We told me about the ones you have. I actually did find one in Blooming Prairie with real low miles. He was happy for me and he did not quit e mailing me because of it, he was so awesome. He is the best. Honda CRV was my first choice and i told Kevin, i would save my money, and someday buy a new CRV, and he will be the first person i come looking for. Thanks fot everything, Barb Watson

Good Service work, but took longer than expected, was told 45 minutes, it took more like an hour. Heads up to anyone else who needs to be in and out in a quick time frame.

I needed warranty work completed. They were very quick to get me an appointment. It took far less time than estimated. They also did an inspection and told me about "problem" areas, but there was zero pressure to have them fixed. Wonderful experience!

Great place to have your service work done, it doesn't matter what kind of car or pickup you drive they work on them all!

Recently we were looking for a used Honda for my sons first car. We worked with Andy Gostomczik and he was great! He listened to what we wanted as well as my sons wishes and found the perfect first car. I could not be happier with the experience and would most definitely use Andy Gostomczik and Tom Kadlec Honda again!

We really enjoy working with Dennis Thompson. He explains what needs to be done and suggests maintenance only when needed. He's not pushy like some auto shops I've dealt with. He helped solve an issue (or what I thought was an issue) and helped to explain the new technology in the van and how it differed from the older model we used to have. He's very personable and honest. I trust my honda is being taken care of and maintained.
