When I 1st went car shopping I went to Ford In zumbrota mn they were very terrible didn't even come out to help you and we were there for at least 45 min. I went down to buy a used truck I found online. Great customer service with showing me the vehicle and answering my questions. Financially it took a little time to get to a payment that worked for me, but that was not Rochester Ford's issue, it was more on the banks. Rochester Ford took care of me and before I left Tom Richard filled the gas tank and paid for a new keyless entry fob without cost to me. Great overall satisfaction and experience.

Ford Escape has been our choice since 2007 when we leased our first car from Rochester Ford. Our experience now, as it was with each of our leased cars - 2007-2010-2013-2016 - was comfortable and very informative. Each vehicle brought new gadgets and instruments to "play with" and after being taught by the sales rep we found them to be useful and necessary for safe travel. Our sales rep, Hector Garcia, was very well prepared to meet with us. He had our requested vehicle parked at the front door, ready for us to test drive and explore the many features. He was kind, considerate, even seemed concerned that we were satisfied with our choice (he even took the time to obtain another Escape [an SE] parked in the lot for us to compare with our now leased SEL). The complimentary cup of coffee was not the selling point - what was impressive was Hector's invitation to stop in any time to discuss any questions we might have or stop in just to say hi. The warm handshake helped to seal the deal too!

I would highly recommend Rochester Ford. I was in town for work and stopped in to check out the inventory, and was very happy when I could return from the La Crosse area about 10 days later to secure the car that I had test driven. Made it worth the two hour-plus round trip. Worked with Tom, and he was great!
