Beyond disappointed. I feel unsafe.

Beyond disappointed. I feel this dealership is very unethical and took advantage of me. When I went to look for a car to purchase, I should have known the moment they said the keys for 2 separate cars I was interested in were lost. I wanted a vehicle good on gas, but safe for commuting to work. I ended up with a 2017 Kia Fotre. The next morning I noticed the low tire pressure indicator was lit. Tire pressure low and would not hold pressure. I commute 68 miles one way. After work I headed to Les Schwab and was told I never should have been allowed to drive off the lot with tires in that condition. I was upset and called the dealership. They did send me to Discount Tires who said the same thing. Bald and actually had a bubble. They replaced the tires. I also expressed concern over a sound on acceleration, yet to be addressed. I told them I felt unsafe and wanted to either return or exchange the car. They would not do it. The only way is if I trade back in losing money. TODAY on the way home on I5 my brake suddenly went floppy and I heard something hit the floorboard. Turned out a bolt came out somewhere under the brake pedal. Now they are picking up the car to say it will be fixed when all I want is to just give it back. Just waiting for the next thing to go wrong. If this car is fixed without issue and safe that would be great. Now I will be without a car and they have no timeframe on when I will get it back.

Great customer service experience!

My first experience with Autos4Less was really good. I got exactly what I needed for that time and great service as well. When there was an issue with the car, they did not hesitate to take care of it and help me out. But the second time around was my best experience. Tha manager, Mitchell, immediately helped me out. He was willing, kind and courteous and understood the issue I had with my car. He was honest and open and he really did his best to give me the best deal possible, since I needed to trade cars. He had Angelo take care if me. Angelo was amazing. He explained every part of the process to me patiently and walked me through everything I needed to know. He had my back. He is excellent at his job. This is the best customer service I ever received, especially from a car dealership. Mitch and Angelo really gave me the best deal possible and I felt that I cared about me as well as my situation. I drove out of there with a wonderful car in a great condition and happy. The Autos4Less team deserves 10 stars, not just five. I highly recommend purchasing a car from them. They are honest and very helpful. You will get the best deal.

DONT BUY THEIR LEMONS

MY SON BOUGHT A VEHICLE HERE (AVALANCHE) HAD SO MUCH WRONG WITH IT HAD TO TRADE IT IN FOR AN EVEN MORE DANGEROUS VEHICLE A CHEVY CRUZ ITS GONNA COST HIM 6.700.00 TO FIX IT THEY WILL NOT FOOT OR HELP WITH THE COST ..THEY SELL BAD CARS AND MY SON WILL CONTINUE TO PICKET OUTSIDE UNTIL SOMETHING IS DONE ABOUT THIS PLACE THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR SCAMMING HARD WORKING PEOPLE!!!

DONT BUY HERE!!!

Worst place to buy a car. When I bought the car it had a radiator issue. They said they fixed it and it turned out it was never the radiator it was actually the head gaskets. They never once called me to update me on the repairs. I had to call them every step of the way. When they finally fixed the head gaskets I had the car less then 24hrs when it registered another problem. I reached out Again to these guys and have the car towed. I still don’t even know what was initially wrong with it, but it was taken to Subaru and inspected and on that inspection they found a bunch of things that had been sloppily done. In addition to the sloppy work their solution was to just flash the computer, essentially getting rid of whatever error code there was. When are you then called them and informed them of these issues their service manager was rude and dismissive, and what I found out later from talking to the service advisor at Subaru is he treated them the same way. Overall I would never recommend these guys, my car was gone for almost a month and a half And it took me having to yell and fight and scream to get things done. When I then finally got my car back and asked for a copy of the work order I got a handwritten parts list of the things they had bought and put in the car. I honestly wish I could give these guys less than one star. They should not be allowed to operate or sell cars to people. They do shotty work and they don’t care about their customers once they’ve made their sale Update as is April 1. My car has now gone into the Subaru dealer for a failed head gasket. My head gasket was installed by this company. And now not only is my head gasket bad, but my crankshaft, my Short block, my valves, and several other things are now also damaged. I have a $9200 bill from Subaru and this company is refusing to pay for it. The best they’re willing to help me with is $2500. What a joke

Do not buy from this place!

I bought a used SUV from this dealership last year! Was one of the worst mistakes of my life, got it in July 2020, October I needed a complete air bag replacement in the vehicle, brakes and rotors have cost me $1000 so far, electrical problems with the vehicle, replaced the starter, fog lights have went out, headlights go off and on, heater block is shot, transmission problems since October and this all HAPPENED before Thanksgiving 2020. I've contacted the dealership numerous times, walked me many times and all they said was: "fill out another credit app, bring in your pay stubs to see if we can get you approved and into another vehicle!" They sold me a vehicle where they said "small recalls" but a major dealership who did my airbag system replacement a few months after my purchase said "the airbags could have went off at anytime the vehicle was started!". .. Be very very careful when purchasing vehicles from Rods Autos4Less, it could cost the safety or lives of you and your family!!!!!!!

They don't seem like they really want to sell a ca

When I arrived I was greeted by someone who never introduced them selves just said why aye you here. I told him I had an appointment to look at the Kia he told me we sold that a long time ago then showed me a couple other cars I might be interested in but the price he told me was $2000 above what was posted online, he also told me that the cars he had for sale were probably not in as good of shape as my trade in. . So I left with out buying anything.

Brendan was energetic and fun, got the job done. Bonus was they had a little kids play area to keep my kids occupied during the paper work.

Total liars say anything to get the sale

I bought a car from them I asked specifically if it leaked they told me it was watertight I said that there was a check engine light on and that the deal was based on that they never fix the check engine light when unable to do the repair and I still am stuck with the car that I paid too much for with the check engine light making all kinds of noise the worst car experience purchase ever stay away

Shady place. Avoid avoid

First and foremost I booked an appointment to look at a car and when I got there the car was conveniently not there to look at. I had to book an other appointment for 2 days later to look at the same car and the damage that the car had was not anything besides major major damage. ended up looking at a car that was one year newer than the car that I originally wanted to look at. when talking to the car salesman Michael he had said that if I put half down and have the other down that they can get me financed. what they failed to mention is that they had put my credit through to nine different credit unions for $14,000. The car was for sale for a little less than $11,000 including tax. I told them I had 9.5k to put down and i could finance the rest. Also, I bought the car on the 14th of November. They failed to call me when my licenses are in. I called them. They told me that they would call me as soon as they knew like 5 minutes later it took me 2 hours after the fact to call them and ask if my license plates were in. Left my car with no engine coolant, no oil change for months and could have destroyed my car if I wasn't keen to car maintenance. All in all, never never never buy a car here. That alone should tell you that you should go elsewherel to buy a car. If I could give negative stars I would.

I purchase of a 2008 dodge ram 1500 4.6

I purchased a 2008 dodge ram 1500 4.6 and As with any vehicle you purchase some problem may arise but, Robert the shop supervisor and Mitch the manager really worked with me getting these little quirks out of it. All in all it was a good experience . Thanks guys
