Finally a real dealership

My man Matt Burris was the real deal. He made sure the time I walk through the door I was taking care of to the end. He let me test drive about 5 cars and the 6 one was the one for me! I got a VW CC 2012. It rides like a brand new car! The Finace department did a xxxx of a job when it came down the finace department. I went to 4 other car dealership and they couldn't do what they advertise. Dont want to say names but thanks and no thanks to pierre money mart, Doug's auto, All American Motors and Kia In Seattle. If you say you can do it ,do it. If not stop false advertising. Auto 4 less will have my business for a long And I telling all of you that are reading this to go there also. Tell them Richard Warren sent ya!!!

My experience

Dylan was excellent to work with while purchasing a car for my daughter. I appreciated his honesty and would recommend him to anyone looking for a non stressful car buying experience!

Did not receive copy of car facts, car had a bad tail light that was given a repair that lasted two blocks, the front driver side tire went flat over night. Took more than two hours to complete paperwork and I had cash and a trade. Not sure the car facts they showed me was for the car I bought. This is not a auto dealer I would recommend

THEY SOLD ME A BROKEN CAR

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!! I bought a 2008 Subaru Impreza WRX there for $8200. They tried to play it off like the car was worth Thousands of dollars more than they were selling it for. The day after I bought it, the turbo crapped out and the CEL came on. I changed the oil in it and it immediately started smoking. Now the head gasket is bad and it's going to cost me the same amount it was to buy the car. I tried to get help from them and notified them of the issues and they wouldn't do anything for me and said "You did buy the car 'as is'". They are very untrustworthy. THESE PEOPLE SOLD ME A BROKEN CAR. ALWAYS take the car to a mechanic before buying from these people. It could save you a LOT of money.

Great place

I was in need of a car that would be reliable for work and errands. I was having no luck untell I found Rod's All Auto Auto (RASA). From the moment that I arrived at the lot I was greated with a level of amazing customer service that was astounding. Jim Strobel was an amazing help in the process and Derrick from the financial team was awsome. I dont have great credit and it was outstanding that they were able to get me into a 2007 Honda Civic with shockingly low mileage. The honda was having some heat issues but I remembered checking the reviews on RASA and there response was the wished that people would tell them about the issue. So I did and with out hesitation they answered the call and fixed the issue in little to no time at all. The are a true testament to what the auto industry should thrive for going into the future. The words thank you are just not enough to show a level appreciation that I have for All the great people of Rod's All Star Auto. Thank you for your Time, A proud owner of a 2007 Honda Civic

What a fantastic experience!

Yesterday, I went shopping for a car, after 2 months of searching online, comparing, price checking, and being sorely disappointed with other lots I'd visited, I was exhausted and overwhelmed. I have to say I went to the right place when I visited Rod's. My salesman was easily the most down to earth, non-pushy, respectful salesman I have met. He made the experience about me, what I wanted, and gave me a deal that I felt really good about. It was by far the smoothest, most comfortable car sale transaction I have ever had! Thank you to Steve, and everyone who helped with my car purchase, I would recommend you to anyone, anytime! P.S. I love my new ride!
