CIA Autoplex

Over the years of purchasing/trading vehicles, I have encountered many different atmospheres of dealerships some great, most not so great. However, this is the second vehicle I have purchased from CIA because of their honest atmosphere and up-front attitude, not to mention the ease of purchase. I will return to them in the future when the time comes for my next ride. Donna made my trade the absolute easiest I have ever encountered! I emailed her that morning, I made a two-hour drive with kids and all (arrived at 12), and we were done by 4. You won't get the four-squares sign here nonsense and wasting of your time with these guys. As with anyone making a living, they're here to make money, but they won't make it at your expense by selling you a bad ride and lowballing your trade. They also won't waste your time, nor will they rush you into something to make a sale. If you are buying a car and want the easiest buying process out there, CIA Autoplex is where you should go.

Jerran was truly great on getting us started on buying a vehicle. I knew which car I wanted. He never tried to talk us into looking or considering anything else which I liked. The process was so smooth with him. Paxton was great as well. He explained all the paperwork and terms as I signed. I asked for assistance in finding a particular car and the manager said sure, we will be happy to help you. The entire staff was great. After a couple of days, they found my car. I was contacted and I told them it was what I wanted. They bought my car and it was here in a few days. CIA inspected my car to make sure it was in good condition. After the inspection we made the deal. I love my car and I thanked the entire staff for the great and friendly service they rendered. Will recommend CIA to everyone I know.

I stopped by looking for a particular vehicle. I asked the salesperson to text me when one came in for me to look at. About a week or so later he did. I came to look at another as well to compare. I purchased the one I liked, the price was very fair after doing alot of research. AUSTIN LOVELESS is the best. So professional and kind, no pressure and allowed me to take my time and didnt pressure me or constantly call me. Great experience with the financial person as well, sorry, dont remember his name.
