CIA was one of the best dealerships I've been to in a while. They were friendly and trasparent from the moment I walked through the door.

Best all around service ever from the moment we walked in the door. Doing business with CIA Madison far exceeds any car dealership we have ever experienced.

I purchased a 2017 Chevy Malibu car from this dealership. While the car buying experience was decent. The car itself gave me issues after 2 days of purchasing it. I've been back to the dealership twice letting them know about my concerns. The car vibrates while driving. They didn't offer to trade the car in for another 1. They were made aware of my issues a couple of days after financing. I just wanted something reliable to drive. The minimum wasn't done to resolve the issue. They sold me a bad car and refused to fix the issue. This dealership doesn't care about customers satisfactory. The front desk salesmen who answer the phone are rude and arrogant. They knew it was a bad car when they sold it to me.

This is by far the worst dealership in MS. Rude unprofessional salesmen. They sell nice looking lemons. They treat black customers like 2nd class citizens. Buyers beware. They sold me a useless car and refuse to take it back. Don't shop here.

if your looking for a used vehicle, please do your self a favor and give CIA autoplex a chance, they have a great inventory of cars and trucks. My sales person Josh Johnson did a outstanding job, always wearing a smile and wasn't afraid to answer event the toughest questions about my 2013 f150. everyone I encountered there at CIA were more than knowledgeable and friendly. I'm sure if Josh isn't available anyone of the sales staff would be just as professional, when someone really likes their job and boss it cant help but to show in the customer service.. Josh was great to work with. I had been looking for a Ford F250 and found the perfect one for me at CIA Madison. I live in Florida and couldn't just drop by for a test drive. Josh sent me several videos and answered all my questions honestly. There was no pressure at all to buy. After doing my research, I couldn't find a better deal. Having the truck shipped to Florida was an option but I wanted to see it before committing to buy. Made my way to Madison and was very pleased with the truck along with the excellent customer service. Could not ask for a better buying experience.

Josh was outstanding throughout the entire process. Our car buying experience was friendly, professional, and honestly fun with Josh and CIA. I would definitely recommend buying a used from CIA and Josh. While I don’t plan on buying another car for quite some time, when the times comes, I will certainly come back to CIA.

The new Madison/Gluckstadt location is fantastic, and Joe and Josh were great to work with while we were shopping and buying. But within a day of finally taking our vehicle home, we found a couple of minor issues with it... Then when our warranty wouldn’t cover the repairs, CIA did the right thing and took up the cost of it without us even having to ask. They definitely stand by their sales... highly recommend!
