I purchased a $40 grand truck from CIA. The buying process was good. When it comes to standing by their product thats a different story. I own a trucking... company, your name and reputation is all you have. Its been 2 months since I purchased this 3500 Ram and I have not been able to use it at all. First, the factory warranty had been voided with only 70,000 plus miles on this truck because the previous owner contaminated the fuel some how. I was told by Dodge warranty department that it will stay that way until the entire fuel system is replaced (Red Flag)I called my salesman Austin a week after I purchased the truck to tell him the issues (Good Guy) but in his own words "I'm no machanic" asked me "didnt you buy a warranty?" This truck has been in the shop 50 days out of the 60 days I've owned it. I've replaced injectors, tork convertor, EGR, and ECM etc still this truck is out of commission. I spoke to a guy named to Jared who had a poor attitude about the situation, he told me "I was making a big deal out of this whole thing" and "Injectors only cost about $2,000 to replace" He went on to say "It cost money to own this type of truck" I told him I know I own five of them and Ive never experienced a truck like this. I was told by Austin who's no machanic "WE DON'T BUY NO JUNK HERE" I've called several more times to speak with Jared he no longer return phone calls. Needless to say I tried my best not to write a review I never do actually. But this has been one of the worse and most expensive mistake I have ever made since I've been doing bussiness. I'm not going to say stay away from this place because there are good people working there that need to feed their families, but beware because Jared doesn't care if you buy a $40 grand Crap truck to feed your family. Basically thats your problem. I just want the owner to know what's going on. I believe that he would as a business man understand and help me solve this problem

My wife and I drove the 8 hours down to purchase this vehicle and the entire experience was well worth the trip. The no haggle pricing was the only way to shop for a vehicle and made the experience all the better. When you hear the saying "Southern Hospitality" it really rings true for the whole team at CIA. If you are looking for a clean used vehicle at a great price it is worth the time and travel to Mississippi.

Purchased a 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid. Sales staff was nice. Finance person was under staffed , which in return caused several hours delay in completing... paperwork. Couple things to work on would make CIA really move to the top as a car dealership. 1) Really take in the concerns a buyer may have about any issue. (my car came out of an area in Louisiana that was flooded. When I had questions about flooded cars I was just shrugged off) Remember customers read a lot on the internet in todays world. Louisiana has a better than 75% cost difference to call a car totaled and listed as a salvage. 2) Reminding staff that no matter how large the dealership grows it can all come to an end without customers. 3) Finding a better layout for customers to park and shop the lot. I hope this helps to keep improving on your dealership. We need companies like you to keep big stores in check and allow a customer to feel like they are truly getting one on one service.
I went there to inquire about a vehicle on their website to possibly trade in my old car. I am very skeptical of the car buying process at most car lots.... At CIA Autoplex, I was not hounded or pressured for anything. Mike asked me what I was looking for and he was very informative of the history an specs of the vehicle. Needless to say 2 hours later I drove home in my new SUV. Mike was great! Very helpful staff. They made this process great and it was quick. I am very pleased with the vehicle and the process. I also received a good interest rate. I will definitely recommend others to go there and make my next purchase there as well. Thanks!
