The customer service ends once you sign the papers and their sale is complete. Unnecessary headache waiting for my car to be registered, still waiting on plates, and no one returns your call. Very unprofessional dealership! 09/27- Update: Our salesman, Mike, took the initiative to make sure we were taken care of. We drove away feeling better than we initially did.

I contacted Wiz Auto yesterday afternoon before they closed and put a deposit on a Mercedes ML350 that they had with Tom. We were coming from NY and didn't want to risk losing it. Today, my husband and I took the ferry and bought it. The hardest/longest part of the deal was trying to get Geico on the phone to get our binders sent over. We were in and out of there and are on the ferry on the way home with our (new to us) toy. Tom and his finance manager Meir were friendly and did everything they said they would do for us. I would definitely recommend them and we will be back in the future. Great experience!

Found a car at Wiz online thru Car Fax website. Pics looked great, what I was looking for. Contacted Dealer on Thursday, spoke about car, the car fax was clean, left a deposit to hold car for 72 hours until Saturday, completed financing paperwork, made plans to test drive next day. Played phone tag with Gabe and Finance all day with excuses. Finally Friday afternoon finance calls me back, all set to go (after the normal pinky ring car dealer sales pitch how they worked for me, got me best deal, we are friends now etc LOL) Try to sell me on some xx after market warranty and ignored any questions on CT Lemon laws. I researched the warranty and did not get a good feeling. called Gabe with questions and I got oh I don't know I just offer and prep cars call finance. Finance calls me back and I was asking questions on a breakdown of what I am paying for, Car price, Taxes, finance, warranty etc. My credit is not great but I ran it before, the finance guy was shocked when I knew my score and he gave me a different score. Told them when on Saturday when I pick up car we will discuss. Car was a 2013 with low mileage and I have knowledge of vehicle's. So Friday I get to bank for a certified check by 5:00, call my insurance company for ID tags, schedule my son to drive me the almost 2 hours. Saturday Morning wake up, all ready to get car, Gabe calls me with some xx story OMG it had another deposit, wasn't marked on board. I said if my deposit was for 72 hours how's that possible? And now you ran my credit and negatively effected me? So needless to say if your an educated consumer they do not wanna sell you a car. They scam you with a low price, and hit you with hidden dealer fees, warranty that you don't need or can get cheaper and xx finance rates. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.

Gab was awesome. He listened, I didn't feel any pressure to buy and gave me options that worked for my budget. I went to look at a car I saw online and left with something so much better. Thanks Gabe!!!

What can I say this place was great!! Fernando was awesome no pressure you already get the best price for the car so there’s no need to haggle, Christine the finance gal was great, is was a very easy process , we were in and out with our new car driving it home the same night, I will be going back here for all needed maintenance in the future and I know where my next car is coming from !
