Outstanding Service

When my co worker told me how great her experience was at Wiz i didn't believe her. So I checked it out it was amazing. The salesman Andrew was very friendly and informative. However, the financial specialist Meir was fantastic he got me a great rate and keep going the extra mile the whole way through the deal I highly recommend Wiz Auto to anyone.

Great Place to buy a car!

Wiz Leasing is the best dealership i have ever been to, hands down.They treated me like family from the time I walked it til the purchase of my new car. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED APPROACH!!!!

Fred and Meir were great to work with and in answering my questions. Never did I feel like I was an inconvenience to them. Any time I called they were quick and helpful in everything I inquired about. The car itself was a great deal and I am glad to have driven the 1.5 hours to The Wiz to purchase my car. I will definitely recommend friends and family to this dealership in the future and come back when I am in need of a new car. All the staff was friendly and welcoming. Thanks for Acura TL

Love the No Nonesense Approach!!

Good Experience

I just purchased a used Land Rover from this dealer, and I must say I was a bit wary going into the deal as I was buying from out of state with NO experience with this dealer. I was pleasantly surprised by not only the salesman I dealt with, the quality of the vehicle, but the manager I finalized things with. They gave me a fair price for my trade in, and a fair price for the car I ended up buying. I tried to haggle the price, but as a last reviewer stated, there wasn't much room, which is okay because their price was VERY good for the car I was purchasing. They detailed the car from top to bottom before my pick up, and even repaired some items. The 60 day warrantee was key for my confidence level as well. I'd buy from them again. I completely disagree with some of these posts- there is usually two sides to every story, and I would love to hear the dealers side.

Finance

I have a very good credit history . I was told in a half hour I get an answer from creditor bank. It's been already 2 days no one even called me. I've stoped by twice last couple days still nothing going forward. Finally, this dealer finance department needed to be upgrade.

Good Experience except for Financing

I had a pretty good experience with the Sales team. Reached an agreement fairly quick. Sales showed patience as I looked at different at different choices. My issues were with the financing department. My sales rep called and quoted me an actual financing rate based on my credit rating. It was a great rate but when I went to sign the final documents the financing manager had a major case of amnesia. His rate was higher, term was longer. It wasn't until I was about to walk did the rate revert to the original quote. He blamed the sales rep who was ultimately correct. Also the warranty mileage was off by over 1000 miles (in the dealers favor). It wasn't until I physically looked to the odometer (before signing). Again the sales rep was blamed but when I showed the finance manager the mileage slip the sales rep gave which was the correct mileage he didn't say anything. Overall the finance process which should be about 20 minutes took over an hour due to errors. You need to be on your toes when you walk into the finance office.
