I came to the dealership looking for a reliable vehicle for my daughter. We were seeking a used Audi. After first arriving I met with Jared and I told him my needs. Without any pressure, he showed us an Audi A4 but mentioned that a Lexus would be a more reliable vehicle with the luxury features my daughter wanted. Working with the Jared of Wiz Autos was such an easy experience. You walk in with a set of objectives in the type of car, year and your budget and they make it happen within a reasonable amount of time. From the time we started working with Wiz Autos and driving off the lot with a great car for my daughter was about 1 week. She had her car totaled in an accident a week prior. I went to Wiz Autos with no expectations of getting a car right away but after talking with Gabe, I ended up driving out of the lot that day with my new car! Gabe was very personable which made the experience less stressful and I never felt pressured. He answered all of my questions and listened to me when I told him what I wanted in regard to my car. That day they had just received a new car and Gabe invited me to the back of the dealership where they were cleaning it and we checked the car out and took it for a drive. I ended up getting the car and Gabe as well as the management team made the process of registration, insurance verification, and finally signing all the papers, as smooth as possible, making sure that I understood everything. Our experience with Wiz was great! The second we stepped out of our car, Freddy warmly welcomed us and answered any and every question we had! He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and an overall great guy! any future car needs we will definitely be returning to get help from Freddy! The car was a great sell- but the costumer service was the real sell.
