First experience with used car dealership. It was a good and pain free experience. I love my car. I loved also the fact that I was not pushed or rushed in my decision making.

Everyone at The Wiz was great they really worked with all of our concerns up with the car very good experience overall. 10/10 would recommend

So I walked in to this dealership ready for battle... I have bought cars before. I was immediately Greeting by Walter who is just a really cool dude. He assured me I was leaving with the car I wanted and while I was suspicious at first of such grandiose claims he actually was REALLY REALLY helpful and they in fact - got me into the car I wanted and was on my way 3 hours start to finish. I can without a doubt say this was the least painful experience I have ever had at a car dealership Ask for Walter!

Fernando was great and helped me with all of my questions. No pressure and easy going. I was in in out no hassle no fuss! Great guys!

I dealt with Zach online when I started my car search and due to my work schedule I dealt with Travis to test drive and ultimately purchase my vehicle. Very nice and friendly dealership.and had a very good experience with sales person(freddy),and everybody else involved even with paperwork(credit approval including the owner..Freddy the sales peson makes you feel like your dealing with a friend and not a salesperson(dealer).i will highly recomend this dealership(wiz autos).and offcourse Freddy,but based on what i seen u cant go wrong with anyone else there.....top notch personal and great choice of beautiful cars. Sales rep Hector Diaz was excellent. He was responsive, attentive, honest, organized and very patient. Hector stayed well past closing to accommodate and he gave is a great deal on a very clean used car. The few tings that needed attention were carefuly followed up by him. Hector is personable, honest and a good communicator - he was especially useful in softening the rather harsh experience of interacting with Meir. Meir was condescending, hostile and uses insultingly transparent sales tactics. Manager Ralph Gamboian was an excellent communicator;however, and his professionalism kept me interested. Ralph is very professional to deal with. This would have been a 5 star if not for the aforementioned unpleasantness

I bought a S550 Mercedes from Wiz on March 18th. Long day but they were great. Travis was my sales guy and I cant say enough nice things about how he took care of me. From him sending me pics of the car the day before going to Wiz to him giving me the keys to his own personal car to run to the bank. Yes he handed over his keys and said do what you need to do! SPEECHLESS! I think he has a great future as a salesman and I hope Wiz realizes and rewards him for that. Meir the finance guy and I had some spirited negotiations but not in a bad way. He and I were apart on some numbers at one point. Then came in Ralph. He came in and smooth it out where Meir and I were BOTH satisfied. I guess they ran the "Good cop Bad cop" routine on me. BUT it worked. Overall they could not have been more accommodating. Everything I asked for I got!! I live in Jersey but whenever I am looking for another vehicle I will ABSOLUTELY include Wiz in my search. Maurice in New Jersey
