Wonderful (used) car shopping experience!

Contacted Napleton's Schaumburg Mazda after spotting a used car listing I was interested in. Got an email response from Marty Katz promptly and made arrangements for a test drive and to meet to answer basic questions and allowed me to continue negotiations when I was ready. I did so by email and Marty brought in the sales manager and general manager as needed to get the discounts I was pushing for. Extra bonus: since my wife was out of town and I wouldn't be able to pick up the car by myself, Marty and his colleagues brought the car to me (Schaumburg to Rogers Park - one hour each way) to deliver and sign paperwork.

Great car buying experience.

I worked with Jose who was professional, patient and knowledgeable. Jose arranged for me to test drive a few different cars which helped make my decision easier. He worked with me to find a car and price to fit my needs. It’s been two weeks and I couldn’t be happier with my Mazda. :) I recommend Jose and Napleton Mazda.

Absolutely the worst dealership Schaumburg at le01

Ought a car from these useless people in 2011, in 2014 went back for another even know the service was horrible but the price was excellent so didn’t care about their lock of customer service skills from the sales manager to the porter who didn’t lean my new car the day of the purchase. But I never learned and went back there trying to purchase a new CX5, well this time no one helped us. We were there for over 20 minutes and couple of people said hello but kept on going. We end up at Schaumburg Toyota and left with a new vehicle in less than 2 hours. Shame on you Napleton. After so many years and the place still a poop hole. Will never ever go back to any Napleton dealership for anything. Stay away from this place. Can’t believe they are still business!!!!

My first experience at Napleton's Mazda was great!

Gilvert Miramontes was fantastic! He was informative, friendly, funny and kind. He made the buying experience a pleasure. Melissa was great as well. She handled the paperwork finalizing the sale promptly and thoroughly. The dealership was recently renovated and beautiful. All the staff was friendly and welcoming. I would recommend Napleton's Schaumburg Mazda to anyone. Ask for Gil and he will take great care of you!

Amazing Customer Service

I visited Napleton's Schaumburg Mazda based on a very appealing cars.com post of a Honda CRV. We were unsure of having to drive a hour to get there but the price and the way they followed up instantly after requesting more information made us feel more comfortable taking the drive there. Upon arrival we were instantly greeted by Jarek Muszkatel, who I want to point out is an excellent salesman and Jonathan Proano, the sales manager who also went above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible. We inquired about the vehicle, and after inspecting it, it was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. We took it out for a test drive with Jarek and as soon as we got in the car he have us tips on what to look for and what to listen for when drive testing a car, it was basically the same thing we were already looking at but coming from the salesman was more reassuring he even offered a longer test drive if we wanted more time to listen to the vehicle. We were already happy with how the car looked and how it drove and after visiting dealer after dealer we knew weren’t going to find better. The paperwork process was a breeze, there was a couple things we had to figure out but Jarek and Jonathan were very understanding and worked with us all the way through. I could not be happier with our purchase and highly recommend Napleton's Schaumburg Mazda.

Great service all around

Sales, Finance and Service were so nice and customer service oriented. Nice change from most dealers. Would definitely recommend them or buy another car here

Not impressed

Sales manager did everything to get us through the door but once we were there the customer service / Sales was unsatisfactory. Car wasn?t clean that I was interested in. Salesman had no sales skills. I came very prepared to deal. Did my homework and knew what car was worth. They didn?t want to work with me. Needless to say we are off to another dealership that actually wants to sell a car.

First Mazda

I got my first Mazda from Kate at Napleton store in Schaumburg. Everything went smooth and easy. I came in ready for back and forth negotiation and hours of wait, and what happened is that Kate treated us super fair with the pricing and after we agreed on the sale price she went above and beyond to speed up the whole process. Kate was great and we will be back when our family will be on the market again.

1st Time Car Buyers Amazing Experience

Before working with Jeremy Roe I had only ever bought used cars from private sellers. I was very nervous to walking into the dealership only ever knowing the car salesman stereotype, but Jeremy along with his teammates Melissa and Skylar very quickly put me at ease. Listening to my needs, wants and budget, and showing me vehicles that met those needs. There was no pushing or rushing. They answered all of my questions and helped guide me to a car I now absolutely love!! They really made this experience an amazing one.
