They installed the wrong part

About a month ago I bought a Mazda CX-5 here at the dealership. I asked for mobile app remote start to be installed in the vehicle. The part and installation was about $750, if I remember correctly. I made an appointment shortly after the purchase, brought the car in so they can install the part, and they installed the wrong one. First of they didn't even ask me if it was okay to install a completely different remote start in my vehicle. Second, the remote start doesn't even work. My office is 100ft away from my parked car, yet it still out of reach. This is why I asked specifically for the mobile app one. Even though I called multiple times and complained, they still don’t have the right part - their excuse is that it is on back order and they can’t give me an estimate on when they will have the part. My question is why are they offering services that they can’t provide?

Super Fine Experience

I spent one hour on phone with Brando Oshano and knew that he was going to make my purchase of a new car a possibility. He worked with me diligently and we made an appointment for the next morning. The car I wanted was washed and ready to inspect. After a little bit of negotiating, isn't that what buying a car is all about?, I pulled the trigger. I felt I was treated fairly and honestly by the dealership and got straight answers from Brando. He wanted to make a sale but he also wanted me to leave happy. He has followed up diligently and I look forward to seeing him again in the future.

Pleasant experience start to finish!

Niram Maroukel was very accommodating from his first email, the test drives and upon completion of the deal. He was very friendly, patient and made my wife and I feel comfortable with the car and leasing process! I would highly recommend him to others. Very clean and comfortable dealership as well.

Selling defected used cars

They sold me car without working heating. After complain they take car for two weeks and nobody contact with me with updates. I text several times to salesman but he never give me updates finally when I call couple times to main number Patrick give me some updates. I got my car back, still no heat. Be aware don't buy cars from them.

Excellent Service, Highly Recommend!

I would highly recommend purchasing a car at this location to anyone/everyone! My fiance and I had such a great car buying experience here this past weekend (our first time!). We looked at a couple cars in the area before coming here and I wish we never would have wasted our time. We first met Jose and he was amazing, so friendly, told us all about the car (2014 Chevy Equinox) answered all our questions and laid out the entire payment plan/options for us so it was all easy to understand. We finished all the paperwork with Jon who was equally amazing and so helpful. We had a really great experience here and I will certainly be back when it's time to purchase again!! Car buying can be such a stressful experience but we didn't feel ANY of that here- everything was great!

Finding the Miata RF I wanted

Amazing experience at Napleton’s Schaumburg Mazda

After trading in my ‘08 Chevy Cobalt for a Grand Touring Mazda CX-5, I have not stopped smiling! My experience at the Napleton’s Schaumburg Mazda, was nothing short of incredible. From the time my fiancé and I were greeted at the front desk by Kyle, to the moment we met Rick. Rick was super personable, understanding, and knowledgeable on each of the cars he showcased to us. While taking us on a test drive he was able to identify each wonderful feature of the Touring model and gave us a realistic comparison between that and the Grand Touring. Rick really got to know us and understand what we were looking for, and we couldn’t of been happier to work with him. If you are in need of a new car, this is definitely the place to come!! 5 stars!!
