New Lease
As usual it was great. Everything was ready for me and my salesperson went over the new features with me that were different from my 2022 Escape. This is my third lease with this dealership and this salesperson who takes excellent care of myneeds.

Scam. Stay away from them.
I bought Range Rover which had Suspension issue. They did not let me know and put AS IS in the paperwork. Now they are not willing to fix the issue and saying you bought a car AS IS. Totally unprofessional attitude. Please stay away from them.

Long time without vehicle
They have had my car two full days and never called to let me know what the diagnosis was. I called twice and was given the run around. I am (callously) being told that I might hear back on Monday. That doesn't include time to actually fix the problem. Only leave your vehicle at Crest Ford in Centerline if you don't need a vehicle for about a week or so. Wishing now that I had taken it to my usual trusted repair shop. I stupidly thought that the dealership could diagnose the problem quicker and would have the courtesy to let me know if there were going to be delays. I specifically asked what time I should expect a phone call in the afternoon and was told "It probably won't be that soon." I never thought that meant they would keep my car for days without letting me know what was going on.

Bronco Sport
I brought my 2021 Bronco Sport into Crest because I had been alerted by a system voltage warning on my display. When the service technicians took the car for a drive there was an accident and my car was rear ended. Crest took care or the damage, provided a loaner, and the repair was completed. In all, it went well. My concern is that the value of my Bronco now is less than it would have been and I likely won?t be able to get the full resale value out of it. I?d like to see an offer from Crest to provide me a discount on a future purchase or trade in .

What a wonderful experience
I had an incredible experience purchasing my car from Crest Ford! They went above and beyond and listened to all of my concerns, they also were gentle with my credit and allowed me to choose the bank I wanted to work with, they also stayed late to allow me to test drive the car and appraise my trade in they offered me a great price on my trade in as well! My salesman Sam Yousif was outstanding and super friendly and even helped detail the car before I arrived and drove all the way out to my work to drop off my new car and pick up my trade in, Pat O'Flanagan made sure everything went super smooth! Tim Rotarius helped me make decisions of Gap insurance and went over the fine details of the transaction and made sure I was 100% happy with everything we discussed! I STRONGLY recommend purchasing a vehicle from Crest Ford! Thanks guys!
