We researched a car from BMW Riverside CA.

We researched a car from BMW Riverside CA. online and drove to the dealership to purchase the vehicle with a draft from our Federal Credit Union. After agreeing to purchase the vehicle the owner/salesperson refused to accept our draft and insisted if we wanted the car we had to finance with BMW. We declined and wasn't afforded the opportunity to hold the vehicle for three days until the draft cleared. We were told to have the bank wire them the money. They advertise reasonable sales prices but charge inflated interest rates. Sadly I hope people of all races are not treated in this manner or anyone period. We are people of color and and sincerely hope it wasn't that. Do not fall for this scheme and purchase under duress from this place. Signed two disabled veterans (Retired Nurse/ Professor and government employee). Do not stop here unless you want to be taken advantage of. We plan to report them to BBB.org and our credit Union. Sadly, I purchased my first BMW X5 in 2014 from them and I shouted from the roof top-how great they were.

Recall was taken cared of at no cost to me.

I brought my 2010 328i BMW to get the PCV recall done on it. I believe they did a good job, probably an easy fix for these technicians. They were very nice and offered to wash my car after. Whoever washed it did not do a good job, I should've just left it the way it was. My car is still running fine though.

4th of July Holiday weekend needed car service

Been coming to BMW of Riverside for the past 3 years for my service on my 430i coupe. I must say I had a big service schedule due on my car the 4th if July weekend which is a busy holiday. By far the best customer service I've experienced by Rob at BMW. Giving me heads up that this might take up to 4 hour's or more on my vehicle. Rob gave me updates on my vehicle and can't thank him enough for getting my car back to me before the window period he gave me. One Happy customer,Thank you again Rob for your excellent customer service and going above and beyond. Great service from BMW of Riverside 👍🏻

New Management Made a Difference for the Better

There has clearly been a management change here for the better. We have been bringing our i3 to this Dealership since moving to this area from Los Angeles. We previously had an issue where we brought our car in for service and when we picked it up the door handle was literally hanging off when they returned the car to us. We had to fight to get the dealership to cover the repair and had to bring the car back three times to have it done properly. Fast forward to 6 months later and the clips from the shell of door due to the handle replacement came off. I brought the car in and was expecting another instance of having to beg and plead for the repair due to what occurred with the original repair. Ernie the Assistant Manager helped me and made sure it fell under coverage as they had done the repair previously at zero cost-it was quickly rectified and they caught a wiper issue that needed to be taken care of also that I paid for. I had been hesitant to return to this dealership but am glad I did!

Fantastic service.

The people in the service department are wonderful. They take such good care of us every time we need to go in. Justin is our specialist and he is always prompt, professional and courteous. He is part of the reason we keep coming back to BMW when we need a new car.

Satisfied with visit

Went in for a recall notice repair and loaner vehicle. I was attended promptly. Daisy was my advisor. She was courteous and had me checked in quickly. My vehicle was done within the estimated time frame. I would return to this dealership based upon my recent experience.
