First time visit for Service Center
My Service appointment was scheduled for 9am. I arrived at 8:55am directed to pull into. The carport, was told that someone would be right with me. I waited another 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or saying anything to me. Finally Rob came over apologized for the wait, and proceeded to assist me, but had several interruptions from other co workers. my car was serviced and Rob was able to redeem himself by calling me by name and taking me to the service desk to be checked out, thanking me for waiting.
