Great service
The service center allowed us to drop off our vehicle the day before our appointment. While fixing the problem we had they found a lose wheel bearing and called to see if we wanted it fixed. Of course we wanted it fixed and after getting my approval fixed the loose wheel bearing at no charge to us. What a great deal! Howard told us it was covered under our warranty! Got to like that!

Setting an SRX clock
I have not been able to make what would seem to be a very simple adjustment to the clock on my Cadillac SRX since day light savings time ended. I made 2 trips to Gilleland and they could not figure it out. It's just a clock! I was never comfortable with this dealer since purchasing my car and this confirms my suspicions.

Excellent Customer Service
Our salesman Bobby Kraemer was very friendly and even though we came in later in the evening to test drive the vehicle he didn't care if we went over the closing time. That is the main reason I wanted to be sure he got the deal because we came first as his customer.

Better than expected ^_^
It was a good experience overall purchasing a vehicle from Gilleland. The sales, finance, service, and parts staff have been very nice and helpful. The only reason I cannot say it was excellent and my only complaint would be that we purchased a "certified" vehicle and I feel like maybe it wasn't totally checked over before it left. Our antenna was missing (that's #139 on the checklist), the wiper blade in back had rubber falling off, and there is a scratch I think they could have touched up on the passenger side. I feel maybe it was rushed through that process or it was a Friday when they certified it. I just hope all in all it is a good vehicle for us and we don't have any problems. The dealership is replacing the antennae and wiper blade at no cost to us today actually while the protection package is performed. My husband said they were very quick and efficient in the check in process. He was in and out with the loaner car in 20 minutes. So yes all in all I recommend them, just as with anything, make sure you give the vehicle a good once over if it was used.
