Oil change

Dropped in to get oil change and brake pad check and lug nut tightening. Waited in a comfortable lobby with coffee and snacks available during the wait. I always get treated kindly and professionally.

Wasteing my time!

Went there Three times in a matter of a month and a half telling Kia my struts were bad, the manager and everyone else swore up and down they were not, took it up there again to get it fixed cause i knew something was wrong with it! Loan behold the problem was my struts I then waited a couple days and got it fixed. they told me it was perfect drove straight started driving the car and a loud clunking noise started so now I’m having to go BACK to Kia AGAIN for the 4th time for the same problem! I’m so done with Kia!

Oil change

Devan picked up my car for service which was completed in a timely fashion. Customer service was exceptional and I will be using the service center again!

Amazing Service

My Kia Optima SX broke down on the highway just before Fowlerville. We were in route (from Grand Rapids to Monroe) to my mother-in-law’s 80th birthday party. Ended up being stuck on the side of the road for 2 1/2 hours. It was a stressful period. However, the next day when I contacted Kane Slaght in the Service Department at Kia Lansing, I immediately felt more at ease. Kane was awesome to work with in every respect. He definitely goes above and beyond to make the customer feel welcomed and appreciated. I would highly recommend Kane and this dealership to anyone.

Cheap as is car making me money. Downloading an app on my ph

Downloaded an app on my phone to search for used cars and found my way to Kody at Kia Motors. I am blessed thanks for your help. I've already made a couple hundred bucks with it delivering for my online job.
