Hour plus oil change with appointment
It took an hour and 15 minutes to get done with my oil change when I had an appointment. I am not sure what the appointment was for. They also did not replace the sticker or reset the service notification on my vehicle.

A little long of a visit but friendly service
Went in for new tires. Somehow the wrong tires were received but they worked diligently to correct it and ensure I left with everything I needed.

Continue to feel like I'm cared for
I went to Kia of Lansing to get my first oil change on my new car. The experience was very nice they had snacks and Wi-Fi to keep my kids entertained while we waited. The sales person that sold my car to me welcomed to us when we arrived and asked how everything was going with the vehicle everyone is very friendly

Great service as usual!
I have been bringing my vehicle to this dealership since I purchased it. Exceptional service everytime. The guys, especially Stephen knight, are very personable, professional and are truly there to advise and help you save money. Unlike other places I've taken my vehicles, I always get what I need without a pressure sales job. I actually look forward to having my car serviced there because these people make me feel at home. They have earned my trust because they are their word.

Great Customer Service
I need to say that the Lansing customer service has by far been the best yet. I went the Grand Blanc a few days before and sat there for over 2 hours for them to come tell.me that they didn't have the part and would have to order it. The next day I called Grand Blanc for them to tell me it's on Back order. I needed to leave the state in 2 days soni didnt have time to wait. Cone to find out Lansing had the part all along. Grand Blanc disnt tell me this until I was upset. The Lansing department fixed my car and took care of a recall within an hour. I said I'd never buy a Kia again but I might now because of the Lansing department. Matthew did a fantastic job in keeping updated on the progress.

Great Oil Change!!
As always, treated very nice. The car was checked in very fast. they checked out everything for me and walked me to my car when everything was completed and paid for. As always the service was very good.

Loving my new remote start!
I went to Kia of Lansing to have my new remote start installed and I was very impressed with the service team. They were right on time to begin and it took about 2 hours. I was told it would be between 2 and 3 hours originally, so this was a pleasant surprise! A service team member also showed me how to use the remote start option after the service was finished. Super happy with my choice in remote start for my Sorento. I’m starting to dread the Michigan winter a little less now that I know I’ll be nice and warm for my morning commute!

They cleaned up my dirty car very well. I don’t know how they got all the dog hair cleaned up but they did Great job
