Do NOT take your car here for service. I bought my Jeep here in 2014 and have been a loyal and faithful customer since. Well last week I brought it in for the 90k service and they ended up doing a lot of unnecessary work ( stuff that Jeep does not recommend as well as major services that weren’t due for another 7k and 30k miles). They said I needed it when I didn’t. Tried to charge me a grand total of $3772.88! For a standard 90k service to a car that has only been serviced by them and has had all recommended services performed. I told them no and they brought it down to $2800.00. Labor alone was on the invoice as $2785.40! It was there for 2 days! I called Bureau of Automotive Repair and had another mechanic and a different Jeep service manager look at it. They confirmed this dealership is dishonest and took advantage of me ( saying I needed spark plugs when I didn’t and several other services including a transfer case). After going there for 6 years I know now I will never go there again. I suggest you don’t either unless you have money to burn. Greg, the service cashier, is the only honest person working there.

Mary, We are surprised to hear you are not happy with your recent service. You came in for a 90k mile service and tires. Your Jeep had 95k miles and we recommended the usual 100k mile tune-up and you agreed. We gave you the initial estimate and kept you informed about additional costs as needed. The advisor spoke with you a couple times while you were on duty and we are looking over the record of texts with you and the advisor on 5/9/20. At 2:59 pm he text you the additional cost for spark plugs, motor mount and front struts and you replied OK. When you arrived to pick up your Jeep you acted upset at the amount due. If you look at the estimate on the repair order and the authorized additional amount on the text you see we kept you informed. Our service team works hard to keep customers happy and they were able to discount some of the labor off the cost. You did not have to agree to any of the work if you felt it was not necessary. Headlight replacement
I brought my dodge charger in for a headlight condensation Malcolm and the service manager did excellent work on getting my warranty approved I highly recommend this dealership

Warranty / recall issue
Prompt and courteous service as always by service writer Moe. He is always a pleasure to work with. Service manager Bret Bogart is another reason I go to Tustin Dodge. These two employees make Tustin Dodge Service stand out over other dealerships.

A one stop place to all repairs even smog station
Great place to take your car for repairs and smog checks . Also friendly and great environment. I always take my cars here for service . Never had a issue . And staff is also friendly
