Tuttle Click Tustin Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

This is my second vehicle purchase from Tuttle-Click Dodge Tustin, and the fourth in my family. We have dealt exclusively with Kevin Dreuker, and I would highly recommend him. He’s very product knowledgeable, truthful and has a great personality. When I came in to the dealership to take delivery of the car, it was ready, detailed, and filled with gas. The whole process took about a hour, and I was on my way. If the need for another vehicle arises, I will most definitely work with Kevin and Tuttle-Click again.

Absolutely disappointed with the negligent service at this dealership. I was promised a 1.5-hour window for my car's maintenance, only to return and find my car untouched. The lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff, particularly Michael, was beyond appalling. Not only was I left in the dark about the recall work that was supposed to be done on my car, but the receipt I received also had no mention of it. To add insult to injury, I later found that the fluid level in my car hadn't been adequately refilled, still hovering at the minimum level. If any incident arises from the recall issue, which I specifically brought the car in for, I won't hesitate to hold this dealership accountable. Their incompetence puts customers at risk, and I'll make sure others are aware. They've lost a customer for good.

Best dealership! I purchased a few cars from here w Kevin. He's the absolute best!! After, I have taken them to the service dept and Moe has been my service guy for many many years and never steers me wrong! The dealership as a whole has some impeccable service!

Was there for a recent recall on my Pacifica Hybrid . Michael was professional, courteous, and efficient. Overall - good experience, recommended. Should mention that it took Chrysler way too long to fix the potentially serious defect.
