Great people really wanted to help get the deal done

Friendly

Everything went smooth

Everything went very well. Nothing was pushed. Allowed me to make a decision based on what I wanted. Didn’t force me to buy something right on the spot

Great experience on the service on my recent purchase

I recently purchased a used corvette from Steve Schmitt Chevy in Highland. I love the car but it had a few minor repairs that needed taken care of. My new corvette was 12 years old... but in great shape. About three weeks after my purchase I found that the engine would indeed need some work. I called my salesman (Scott) and told him of my concerns... he said , we can take care of it. I took the car in and they indeed took care of it... they not only repaired the portion of the engine that needed repaired... but also found a couple other areas that needed some attention...and went ahead and took care of those areas too. I was thrilled with their service and friendly nature... I will be buying my next car at Steve Schmitt Chevy... Thanks Bob in service and Thanks Scott in Sales... I appreciate all of your efforts. Oil change and tire rotate

Great service. Bob was very helpful and addressed further issues with my GMC. Even tho the wait was somewhat long I was impressed with the coffee station!!

Great customer service

We just received our 2019 Chevy Traverse — Mike McBride was very helpful and informative with all discounts and deals. Mike was very easy to work with. Even after this sale— he said if we have any issues or concerns to just contact them and they will take care of it. Our service of our new vehicle was also explained.

Very very pleased with our resent visit!

I went in with much doubt that my car was going to be covered under a recall since we never received and notice for the problem. I researched on social media and found that the problems we were encountering should be covered under a special recall. We talked to the young lady at the service desk and she was MORE than pleasant With us and explained everything in detail. She took the time to get all the info for us as we waited. Again MORE THAN PLEASED with our recent visit! Thank you
