I recently purchased a used corvette from Steve Schmitt Chevy in Highland. I love the car but it had a few minor repairs that needed taken care of. My new corvette was 12 years old... but in great shape. About three weeks after my purchase I found that the engine would indeed need some work. I called my salesman (Scott) and told him of my concerns... he said , we can take care of it. I took the car in and they indeed took care of it... they not only repaired the portion of the engine that needed repaired... but also found a couple other areas that needed some attention...and went ahead and took care of those areas too. I went in with much doubt that my car was going to be covered under a recall since we never received and notice for the problem. I researched on social media and found that the problems we were encountering should be covered under a special recall. We talked to the young lady at the service desk and she was MORE than pleasant With us and explained everything in detail. She took the time to get all the info for us as we waited.
