Well when You purchase a vehicle that cost this much I would expect to be able to lock it and can't because keys won't work and they won't fix it kinda bogus. Won't ever be back

I had originally brought my car in because my window was not working as it should, so Vanessa helped me and made me an appointment. When I brought my car in they checked my window, and found that it was the motor in the window needed replacing. So vanessa kept in the loop and contacted me, and let me know what was the issue and told me that it would be a couple days before the part could come in. So she made sure I was taken care of in a loaner car, as she knew I work out of town and needed transportation. In the end she also noticed my car was due for oil service and some other needs, which in my opinion is amazing that she noticed so I didn't have to come back I got my vehicle serviced all at once to save me time. Thank You Steve Schmitt in Highland for such an outstanding service department and thank You Vanessa! And Terry made sure to get my car from the lot and pull it in to the service drive so I didn't have to walk in the cold, such a true gentleman, thank you!

Brent went above and beyond with his customer service. He made sure to find me the perfect car. Vince in finance did a wonderful job to help me say within my budget on my payments. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit Steve Schmitt and work with Brent to buy a vehicle.

The price advertized was consistent with Bluebook and so was trade- in value of our vehicle. Signing papers is usually a painful process, but we were impressed with the professional and state of the art explanation of our options without cramming a useless waranty upon us. We were happy to add a reasonable waranty to their already good warranty..
