I decided to visit Steve Schmitt Chevrolet when my vehicle made me realize it was time to trade. My visit to Highland was on a Monday, Dec. 20, 2016; my purpose was to find out what cars were available and how much it would take to complete the trade. I was introduced to B J Shelton and we began to talk about cars. He asked what were my preferences and how much I was willing to spend. Next we looked at different vehicles and even took a test drive in a 2006 Impala. It was a very good experience, I liked the car; it had the features I wanted, so the serious talk began. Needless to say, after going over the different items to complete the sale, I very much appreciate the time and explanation that B J gave me. At the end of the visit, the deal was closed and the date of Wed. Dec. 21 was the time to drive my "new" car home. It was a most pleasant experience, after driving the Impala for a while, I really appreciate the way the way I was treated by B J and look forward to asking for him to work with me should I need to trade at a future time. This the is the third vehicle I have purchased at Steve Schmitt Chevrolet. Thanks to B J Shelton I am having a great time driving my Chevrolet Impala.
