After purchasing a vehicle from another dealership in Missouri under high pressure, I was extremely worried that it could happen again. I was so totally surprised! Not only was I treated with respect, but there were no high pressure tactics. In fact, I was encouraged to take my time making a decision because of what I had been through. With my tail tucked, I went into Steve Schmitt in Highland and spoke with BJ Shelton about what had happened and he took me "under his wing" and in the end, got me into a beautiful white Buick Encore that I am in love with. Thanks BJ, for not passing judgment on me, because I got taken in at the other dealership and for your understanding and for getting me the best possible deal you could have. I have and will continue to sing your praises!

Everyone was friendly and courteous throughout the whole process. All questions or issues were addressed promptly and completely by the sales consultant, B.J. Shelton. He was thorough when checking about numerous rebates, etc. and got us a great deal on a new truck. He never made us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision which was much appreciated. B.J. also gave us a tour of the facility so we would be familiar with the service department as we will be returning for maintenance services in the future. Thanks to all involved for making it a very good experience.

Todd Cange my salesman went out of his way to make sure I got the car I wanted. When I had some concerns about my SUV, Todd made an appointment for me to get my vehicle in and take care of my concerns. I was given a vehicle to drive while my car was being taken care of. I was very picky on the type of vehicle I was looking for...so picky that the closest place to get it was in Indiana. Todd did everything in his power to get me the perfect Equinox.
