Great service and selection.

Mark Fleege did a fine job selling to us our new Chevy Cruze. Very informative and accommodating. Mark also sold us our 2010 Chevy Colorado. Great deals on both vehicles.

Service engine problem

I called on Saturday morning to let them know that my check engine light was on after having problems Friday night. They were able to work me in and fix the problem yet Saturday morning so that I would not be without my vehicle over the holidays. This was greatly appreciated. The service dept rep was very pleasant.

Great service, helpful guidance, a good experience

We had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, Greg provided just the right amount of guidance with our purchase decision. He explained our options and then helped us decide exactly what we wanted and was able to find us the perfect vehicle!

Fantastic, prompt service!

Had an issue with my GMC Sierra computer system. Called Ted in E. Dubuque and he got my truck in right away and had it repaired in about an hour. Excellent service and response when I needed it. Thank you!

Exceptional Service!

My first experience with Service Dept..I was very surprised to get in the same day and fixed it right away....then DELIVERED my Equinox to my house! That's awesome service!

Excellent customer service.

I'm always well taken care of, that's why I keep coming back. Service writers are always friendly and provide alternate transportation if needed while repairs are done. Waiting area is very clean and comfortable.

clean nice dealership friendly

i felt a little rushed and felt should have done a bit better on price since it was my 3rd new truck i bought from rundes could have given more on accessories than 400 dollars and didnt ask about extened warranty they just added it on

great service nice waiting area but need a tv

I am a female and am always treated with respect and talked to as if I have some knowlege about my car not like some garages where if you are female they treat you like you know nothing and with no respect anna monahan

Great service, very helpful

We really enjoyed our experience. We worked with Jake Meyer and he was great at answering questions and just letting us know what we needed to know. When we bought the vehicle he was great at showing us all the features and buttons in the vehicle.

Great service

I came in to have the service department check a service light that came on in my 2008 Equinox. They checked out the problem in a timely manner and were wonderful on completion of service.
