Runde Pre-Driven

I had an appt for an oil change at 5pm. I arrived about 10 minutes early and they took me right in. I was out in record time. The service is always prompt & friendly. It's a good place to do business with!!

At first, Runde was not able to get me the truck I was actually looking for; but was able to make a very competitive deal on a new vehicle and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I'm always pleased when I take the car in. I'm delighted that free oil changes come with the warrantee. Last Fri when I took the car, I didn't realized I'd made the appointment at the other location. They told me that was no problem and took care of me at the pre-driven center quickly and politely.

I got off to a rough start with a salesman, that is why I only gave 4 out of 5 stars, but John Riley saved the sale and has made me feel that I will be back to you for my next purchase.

I had an appointment at @:15. They serviced my truck at that time. Friendly, courteous and answered all my questions. And Ted helped me set up Bluetooth. Thanks to Runde Chevrolet.

Was in for a recall and they got my truck in right away and I was back on the road in less than 20 mins.

I have been having several issues with my Traverse and had been taking it to the main lot to be fixed after it had continuously had issues several times I decided to call the pre-driven lot service area. Wes has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to not only fix the problem BUT to explain to me why this is happening. He also went out of his way to accommodate my questions and make sure the problem has been resolved! I also expressed to him I may be interested in a Tahoe that was on the lot and he went out of his way to make sure it was ready for me to test drive. WES DIGMAN is the ONLY reason I?m returning to Runde Auto Group as a customer and not taking my business elsewhere.

I have already told people who are looking for a new vehicle to consider going to Runde and seeing what they could do for them. Everything went smoothly and effecient. Have no reason to give them a bad review and am very happy with my new purchase. Thank you
