electricalstarting problem
Needed direct attention to a starting problem when hooked up to a trailer. I contacted Brad Sanford and he made sure I got the service I needed when I needed it. He fully explained the electrical issue with me, so I could discuss with the Manufacture of the trailer to a satisfactory resolve.

Great Service
My car needed an oil change but this is such a busy time of year. I love that fact that my car can be picked up, serviced, and returned while I am at work. That is really great service and I has told serveral people about the great service Runde's offers!

Wes in service is a very good person. He has been very helpful in all the services we have needed with our 2008 chevrolete truck purchase. We have been satisfied with everything so far.

Great Dealer Service! Questionable GM Warranty
The porcelain of my spark plug cracked. Runde's did a fine job diagnosing and replacing! GM could have done a better job covering this $66 spark plug replacement under their power train warranty. Only 42K miles on truck and GM was the last party to touch the spark plug when built in 2011. And here I thought trading every 3 years was frequent enough!

customer service on a 2008 silverado
We purchased our 2005 silverado new & wanted to update. We looked at the used lot & found a 2008 silverado crew cab with very low mileage at a good price. They worked with us & we made a deal. Although at 1100 miles we had checked the oil & found none on the dip stick. We immediately called to Wes at Runde in East Dubuque & told him the issue. He had us bring it up because there is a problem with oil consumtion on some of the silverados. They checked & redid what the company said needed to be done first. We then drove it again. After 2000 miles it was still using oil. So we again called Wes. He told us to bring it up & they would do an overhaul of the engine. That was the next step. They had it for just over a week & they loaned us a 2013 silverado crew cab to drive as a replacement. They were very helpful & friendly. As of then we have had no problems with it. We were very glad that it was GMC certified. We had no out of pocket cost. We will diffently use Runde again when we need another vehicle.
