I worked with Vernon on our purchase of a 2007 Mustang. The car was in excellent condition and working with Vernon and his staff was very relaxing and no pressure. Vernon was awesome! Awful experience!

Awful experience! The car we were interested in purchasing had so many serious repairs needed, after WE had it inspected. Every day, every week it was always a different excuse on what or if anything was going to be repaired before our purchase. I can't even make this stuff up. They never return calls, showed no true interest in making the repairs needed, and never even offered a different car. It was obvious they didn't want to repair it - not minor repairs - motor issues. I truly hope no one buys the car. We ended up walking away and went to a different dealership, buying a nicer, newer car with warranty. They lost a deal. All they had to do, FROM DAY ONE, was say we're not repairing it, instead of wasting our time.

My wife, son and I were overwhelmed with the leadership,

My wife, son and I were overwhelmed with the leadership, and constant willingness to help us in finding the right car. No pressure at all just the desire to answer questions. They went out of their way and I will be back to purchase another car & referral my family and friends also!

Ali is really bed salesman and this company lying about their cars had lots off issues I bought 2 cars both of them bed breakdown very often

Car breaks down every two weeks

Bought a car about a year ago that has done nothing but break down since buying it. The car has also obviously been in an accident in the front that was not reported on the car fax.

Good Experience

We picked up a 2012 Civic for my sons to drive. Very nice sales people did everything they could. Let us test drive it for as long as we wanted. No rush to sell, double checked car through repairs. Ali and Vernon were really nice.

This was an awful experience.

This was an awful experience. I think the worst part about it was that we THOUGHT it was amazing! We were looking for a car for our 17-year-old daughter. We found one online at this location and drove over from Canton to check it out. From the outside, it looked great. There were no high-pressure sales and everyone was nice. We asked to take it for a test drive, which they were fine with, but the car was LITERALLY on fumes so we didn't make it a block. That should've told me something. They did NOT want us to see how this car drove. My husband said he didn't feel anything but couldn't tell. The head salesman told us that another family had called about the car and that we had gotten there right on time. He told us what a great car it was and that he drive it home one night so that he knew what a great car it was and would be for MY KID!!! He then bonded with her over music. She is a drummer and they talked for a while because he is also a musician and his wife is a singer. He gave her lifetime oil changes, but I think he does that for everyone. My daughter was so happy with her car. Then we got it home and the emissions light went on. They had us bring it back right away because you can't transfer the title without an emissions test. Immediately after that, there was this odd bang. Then a few days later the AWD light came on the dash. Our mechanic has been really busy and my daughter just graduated from high school, so we were just able to get it in. We expected an expense, but nothing like what he said just now. The car is NOT SAFE to drive. We need to get rid of it. He stated that our daughter should not be in this car and never should've been driving it. He said there is no way the seller would not know this. We are not out of a car and thousands of dollars. What a slimy, underhanded, nasty place!!! Who would sell a DANGEROUS car to a child???!! I hope karma bites you!!!!
