Scamers
Watch out they may try to scam you. Was looking for a used truck. Found a truck at Ga import auto, everthing was going ok. We agreed on a price and was waiting on the credit check to come back. It was almost 7:30pm friday and had to wait till saturday to find out if I was approved. Staff was kinda of flakey but i thought it was due to the covid 19 pandemic, and didn't think much about. Saturday good news, approved. Went back, we're almost there, we had a truck, a price, did the credit check, and put insurance on the truck. Ready to sign papers and thats when they changed the price we agreed on, a difference of 600.00 on 7000.00 sale. They acted real shady like they really didn't know what was going on and said that they didn't remember setting on a price. If i hadn't asked about the price they would never had told me and I would have been stuck. I walked out and did not get the truck. Wash your hands and be safe.

Please do not falsely accuse our business. We have been in business for over 12 years. You had a trade in that you took out of the equation at the last moment. Truck was 6990 + fees. We could not negotiate 690 off after you took the trade in vehicle out. It is sad how some people are trying to take advantage of businesses during the covid-19 outbreak.
HORRIBLE!!!!
Phillip was our salesman. We got there to look at the car, and as he drove it up it made a horrible noise. We got in to drive it and had to jump back out because fumes and smoke came in through the vents. Another salesman saw it and popped the hood where more smoke was coming out. This all happened right outside the front door. Phillip never came back out. We waited for at least 15 minutes and nothing. He didn’t even come out to apologize and offer to show us something else. With that, we left and ended up buying a car at another dealership. I’m happy to have seen what their customer service is all about before buying from them. Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had!!

Awesome experience
I was looking for a reliable vehicle and came across sales person Vernon Love as soon as I walked onto the car lot. I explained what I was looking for in detail and “VERNON DELIVERED“ I purchased a vehicle which also came with a warranty. Many thanks to Vernon and staff. John Twigg

Run, Don't Walk
If you are thinking about buying a ar from this dealer, don't walk away, RUN! This dealer sold us a vehicle that has had several problems since purchasing it. We did not have the vehicle for 3 months before all the issues started. It has literally had more than $4,000 in repairs. We asked the dealer about these repairs and they did not care. We asked them how could they not know or fix these issues given that they started when we purchased the car. The salesman (Phillip) literally told us, "It's a used car, you bought so you pay for it" They care nothing about making their wrongs, right. All they care about is how to make additional money off customers without even giving slightest care about their product. It is shameful they call themselves a dealer. These people do not care about customer service and do not care about making things right. Please, I urge you, if you are thinking about buying a vehicle, do not but from these people. It is sad to say, but they're borderline crooks. Please heed this warning. If you do buy from them, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Dear customer, We are not sure how a broken axle on your vehicle that you purchased back in August is costing $4000. The whole car was sold for $5990 4 months ago. When you called two days ago we requested that you bring the vehicle in for an inspection, but you didn't want to do that. You had opted out of the warranty during the purchase process. How do you expect the dealer to cover a repair four months after a sale. Specially if the car was sold AS IS WHERE IS. We did tell you that we will do our best to get it done at the lowest price, but you kept insisting that you wanted it to be free. As always feedback is appreciated but when it is used as a tool to blackmail a business it is not considered feedback anymore. Here are our business practices: Our reconditioning processes for retail vehicles (Non Trade In vehicles) Experienced technicians put every vehicle through a rigorous Certified Quality Inspection--over 75 points must check out before it meets our high standard on selected units. On Average we spend 12 hours on every vehicle sandwiched between two meticulous inspections before it is handed over to sales department. Sales department test drives the car. Sometimes sales staff drives the vehicle home for extensive testing. If it passes, the vehicle is offered for sale. SALES PROCESS: Customers are allowed to take vehicles to any certified mechanic shop within 15 mile radius before purchasing. Free carfax report is provided on every vehicle for sale. We always include at least a 6 months 6,000 mile warranty with every sale. However, customer is given an option to opt out if they are not happy with the price. If customers opt out of the warranty, the vehicle is sold AS IS WHERE IS AFTER SALES SERVICE: We understand that Used cars can sometimes develop issues even after the strictest quality control processes. less than five percent of vehicles we sell run into minor issues. So here is what we do with them. The customer is referred to our service department who requests the vehicle to be brought in so our technicians who inspected the vehicle originally can go over it again and determine the best and most economical route to fix the vehicle. If customer had opted out of the warranty they are asked to pay a minimal amount to cover the repair. Usually our price is 50% of the quote from a franchise dealer. However, if the customer had gotten the warranty and the repair is covered by the warranty the customer would only be responsible for the deductible.
Very good customer service
The sales team here made my wife and I feel like home. Thanks Greg for all the work you've done. I definitely will see you all soon to purchase another vehicle.
