Georgia Import Auto

I bought the nissan rogue from Georgia auto import.It was the easiest car purchase ever. The staff was very friendly and the sales people were not pushy at all. Greg was great!! I will definitely recommend Georgia Import Auto to all my friends and family.

Car was rusted underneath but was painted over to hide rust.Greg knew we were weary of rust because our last vehicle was rusty. He assured us we did not need to worry about rust. We purchased car and took to our mechanic to be serviced. Was informed of excessive rust. Next day got new tires and dealer informed us of bad rust at pinch welds on wheels that could be dangerous. I guess when your in your 70's you should be more aware of dishonest car dealers. My fault for believing that people are not going to cheat you.

I drove a hour and 15 mins to purchase a used car got there the car was not ready for purchase ? There were service Mechianic wrong vehicle ? But I was told the vehicle was ready to go ? First when I got there being an African American No one spoke or greeted me? After 15 min the salemen show up? All he said he was sorry that I drove this far and the vehicle was not working? Being a business owner myself I know how to treat peoples regardless of Color? Georgia Import this is Unacceptable? Thank you

I purchased a 2011 Dodge Charger from Georgia Auto Import about two weeks ago. My car is great inside and out! My car was used and sold ?as is? after my purchase I noticed my brakes were sqeeking and needed to be replace soon. I contact the dealer and informed them about this , and I was able to bring my car back to them the next day so they can take a look. They replaced all of my brakes and fuse for my horn free of charge. No questions asked! That was excellent customer service! The employees were very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Quick, informative response. Provided requested information on vehicle and offered to speak further via telephone. Did not visit dealer because I found what I wanted at another dealer.

I bought a 2008 BMW. When I drove it the steering wheel was not straight, and I brought it to the salesman attention. They said they had the car aligned. He showed me the paper work from the place where it was aligned. After buying the car it drove so so. I put new tires on it, and it was better, bt steering wheel was still off. I took it to the BMW dealer in Athens, for them to check out. When They put it up on the machine the alignment was off so bad I had to pay $140 for a realignment. When I called the dealer to tell them about it they were not supportive at all. I was told they would pay the $60 for the alignment they did, but would not pay for the new alignment. I was told this in a very rude manner. I was told that I should have not taken it to the dealer to have it fixed. I just spent money on a car to drive and I wanted it right. I called the dealer on a Monday After I bought the car on Friday. They said they would call me back about the situation, but I had to call the back the following Friday. I am not sure if they would have ever called me back. The salesman I dealt with was nice, but when I talked to the Manager if that was who it was, was the rude one. I will never buy another car from them again, even if they are the only ones with cars. I will walk. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.

Georgia Import Auto spells quality, honesty and efficiency in service! Just purchased our 6th car from this dealer, a low mileage 2015 Avalon in showroom condition and at an amazing price. The entire process was smooth from start to finish and everything delivered as promised. Wouldn't go elsewhere to buy our next car!
