Bought an 05 Excursion in July from out of state. Flew in to pick it up and had no issues. They have been great at working to fix a few small issues with the vehicle but have stood behind it 100%. Thanks to Eric Huber who I has gone out of his way to make this a great experience! Don't hesitate to buy from this dealer.

Huber auto
By far the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. I sent them DETAILED pictures of my truck on a trade in for a 2004 Hummer H2. I had to send the email 7 times to one email and 2 times to another email before he finally received them. They would not even go down 300$ on their price and he told me after running the car fax on my 2003 GMC Yukon SLT that I would get about 6100-6700$. I Live 3 hours away from the dealership and I drove the entire way there and once I arrive he starts telling me the trade in value of my truck is way off and they would only give me 5000$. After spending hours on the phone with him the day before and working the deal on the phone I show up with a bank check to the exact amount he had told me get. I show up and he gives me almost 2000$ less for my truck than the original offer. And would not even work a deal. I even offered to pay another 1000$ cash on top of it and he still refused me after I drove all the way out to his dealership.

We are sorry that this situation happened. It could have been avoided. We try and make sure no one wastes their time coming to look at our vehicles. Maximus wanted to buy our Hummer in the worst way and when he arrived here he described our vehicle as the nicest he had seen yet. I understand Maximus?s frustration with not being able to buy the Hummer. In short Maximus's trade was not in the condition he described. It had imperfections, and or damage on almost every panel, besides the 3 accidents on the carfax. The problem started with us never receiving Maximus?s pictures as his email was not working properly. We had given him a ball park assuming Maximus?s description of nice was accurate. If I had seen pictures, I would have been up front with my offer for the condition it was. Maximus showed up with out calling when we still had not received the pictures and expected us to give him our ball park, nice truck figure. I know for a fact that if my vehicle had been in as poor condition as his, he would not have purchased it. Again I am sorry Maximus ever made the trip. We treated Maximus with the utmost respect and wasted no time while he was here. Maximus?s disrespect to his Mother (at one point he yelled and swore at her) was unacceptable and this unfair review doesn?t surprise me coming from him. I pray Maximus will find healing someday. We wish you the best Maximus.

Our commitment to making sure no one wastes their time coming to look at our vehicles is very high. Maximus, I understand your frustration with not being able to buy the Hummer. I know this because when you arrived here you described our vehicle as the nicest he had seen yet. In short your trade was not in the condition you described. We had given you a ball park figure assuming your description of "nice" was accurate. If I had seen pictures, or know about all scratches and dents, I would have been up front with my offer for the condition that it was in. I am sure that if my vehicle had been in as poor condition as yours, you would not have purchased it or would have also offered me less money for it. Again I am sorry you ever made the trip. Great Service
Staff is very friendly and easy to work with. We previously had a VW we had serviced here and always had a good service experience. We now bought a used VW from them and had a great buying experience!

Great buying expierence
I knew Hubers had been around for years, but never looked to purchase a car from them, because up until a few years ago I was in the car business myself. When my wife and I started looking for a used car, we found a couple cars on the internet at Hubers that we wanted to look at. We ended up purchasing a used Passat at a very reasonable price. Eric Reedy was an excellent sales person. He was very knowledgeable and did not use any high pressure. When we took delivery of the Passat we met other members of the staff. Everyone was very friendly. Hope to see you at Voklsfest in April.

Most pleasant car buying experience imaginable!
The selection was great, had exactly what I wanted, and the staff was incredibly personable and knowledgeable. I bought the car for an incredibly reasonable price compared to other dealers, and feel that I was treated fairly in the entire process. The owner actually was my sales person, and was very thorough in all aspects of the sale. I would definitely suggest buying a vehicle at this dealership!!

2004 Subaru Impreza WRX
I recently purchased a 2004 Subaru Impreza WRX, I traded my 2006 Jeep Commander for it. I happened to stop in to just browse around for a car on a friday afternoon. While there I met with Eric Huber and Eric Reedy, Reedy was showing me a few Subarus they had on the lot as I mentioned my interest in a Subaru. I happened to see the Impreza in the back lot. We spoke of it and thats when Eric Huber proceded to give me further information about the car. It has been well cared for and runs and drives smoothly. After a loan application was submitted I was approved the following monday. The buying process was so smooth and fast that I took delivery that evening. The facilities are very well kept and all cars on the lot are of great quality. If I find the need to purchase another vehicle I will be sure to stop in at Hubers Auto Group again.

The best sales/service center
I recently bought a Volkswagen Passat at Huber's Auto Group; this is the second vehicle that I've purchased from them. Both of my car buying experiences have been excellent and I will certainly be checking with Huber's first when I'm in the market for a vehicle again. I have also taken vehicles to Huber's for maintenance/repairs and saved a great deal of money. On two particular occasions they have saved me $100's compared to what I was quoted elsewhere. The kind, courteous, respectful staff is a pleasure to work with and I recommend them highly to anyone who is in the market for a pre-owned vehicle or just looking for a good, honest auto shop.

Enjoyable Used Car Buying Experience
