Hubers has great customer service, fair prices and an overall great knowlege of their profession. I had a awesome experience buying a pre owned passat. I had one picked out on their lot but procrastinated, they sold the car... However, Eric told me he would search for the car I wanted and in the $ range. 2 weeks later he called, had a beautiful passat for me and the next week I was driving an awesome ride. I have purchased vehicles from them in the past and get all my service done at their shop. They have the BEST customer service that I have ever experienced and always complete the job on time. Very professional and sales reps are polite and knowledgeable. As for the gentleman behind the parts counter, they are excellent as well. They have helped me on numerous occasions locating parts and scheduling appointments and will always go the extra mile to make sure you have the right part. I purchased a used Volkswagen Passat from the Huber's in Ephrata. It was the cleanest used car I ever bought and I didn't have fix anything on it. They are one of the most detail oriented dealers when it comes to making sure their car has all the repairs it needs before selling it. I also have been using their repair shop. I used to go to the dealer for repairs but found their service department to be priced much better then the dealer, and they know what they are doing. I often use their rental cars while mine is being serviced and it is so convenient. I recommend them to anyone who asks where to buy or repair a car. I even convinced my husband to start taking his pickup truck there for service and they have been doing great on that too.

I was selling my used mazda and was refered to this dealership. Eric sat down with me and offered me a fair price. I had gone to many other dealers to get quotes as well, but the other sales men all talked down to me and tried to convince me there were things wrong with my car that were not. I must say I felt that Eric Huber treated me wonderfully and was very helpful in the whole process!
