This was the first time I purchased from a non-manufactures dealership and it was an easy process and Rich was amazing and walked us through the whole process. All the financing was done at home so all we had to do was sign on the dotted line the next day, and we received the plates and everything. The whole processes in the dealership took less than 30 minutes. We did have a bit of a wait when we first got there because rich was busy making a sale but that is to be expected.

Ritchie and the team at Lancaster Car are professional and friendly. No pressure sales. Extremely efficient process in a professional friendly environment. If you need a car and want a great deal, professional service and a friendly environment - Lancaster Car is the dealership for you!

As soon as I spoke with Ritchie, the dealer, I knew I was going to leave the dealership that day with a vehicle from their inventory. I was told that I could take the car for a test drive alone as long as I needed, which is the first time that has ever happened to me at any dealership. When I returned he spoke with me and was very honest and knowledgeable about the sales process. He gave me a good deal for my trade in as well. My family and I are very happy with our new vehicle! The price we paid was excellent and the experience was a breeze. Not once did I feel overwhelmed or pressured due to the nature and attitude of my salesman, Ritchie. I will be recommending this dealership to anyone I know whom is looking for a newer vehicle.

Ritchie was very easy to deal with and he understands how to communicate via text and email. This is extremely important for those of us with busy workday schedules. Everything that could be done without me physically present, he did, so I wasn't wasting time sitting in a dealership while a salesperson was disappearing for long periods of time to confer with a manager or financial person. All decisions and financing was handled with me providing information online or via text. I simply showed up, signed some papers, finalized at a local notary, and drove away.
