I was the first time car buyer. I purchased the Subaru 2018 with Dave Novik. Dave was an excellent car dealer. He was very familiar with the functionalities of the Subarus. He was patient with me. He demonstrated many newly designed functionalities in the car. He was very patient with me when I took time to test the new functions of the car. I was just having my 2011 Legacy in for Service; ending up buying the Forester loaner that I fell in love with. Paul, and in particular, Joe made it very simple and easy to negotatiate purchasing the Forester. Joe was able to answer all of my questions and concern and explained all the new horns, whistles and bells, so that when I drove away from the dealership, I was completely comfortable with my new purchase. It was really not on my radar to buy or look for a subaru car. But with friends recommendation and trust to the car that she has which is a subaru too. i gave it a shot to look for a subaru car at caravel in norwalk. When i first saw the impreza, i already knew that she is the one for me. I hesitated at first and tried to look to another dealer car company. Comparing the two cars that i drove yesterday. i was really impressed with empreza. Now she's with me now. So i can proudly say that i'm a Subie fan.
