Fantastic dealership. This dealership was not the first one I went to but it certainly was the last. Joe, Paul and Tom were great and very accommodating. The prices were very fair from the trade in to the purchase and the service we received was top notch. We will be back for our next purchase for sure!

From the time I dropped my car off, I was treated with friendliness and respect. The young lady helping Diego check vehicles in was polite. When I called to check on the status of my car, there was no putting me on hold- the information was right there. Smiles when I went to pick my car up. And this was for recall work! I have had other vehicles go in for recall work, and was treated like a second class citizen. Not the case with this service department. Thank you.

I bought my new Subaru Forester in the Garavel Norwalk Subaru dealership. My previous Subaru Forester has been fully crashed when I have been waiting a green light before a crossing. Subaru is very safe model I have had no scratches even. I have got some experience with other Subaru dealers in the area but I made the chose - Garavel. When you have so many models choices and so many dealerships the right chose of customer service and the person whom you are buying your car from are very important. The reason I bought my car from this dealership is the sales person`s knowledge, expertise, care and Garavel gave me the car I was looking for. My salesman, Gary Baumann, was friendly, eager to answer any questions. Gary gave me a price that beat the competition. This was my first time in a Subaru showroom. I was pleased with the ‘no pressure’ approach to introducing me to to the models that met my objectives. Once I decided what to buy, there were no surprises as the purchase was completed. Starting with our salesman, Conroy, everybody we dealt with at this dealer seemed focused in making this a pleasant experience...and it certainly was. More importantly, my Subaru has been great.
