I recently bought a car from this dealer and worked with John Serritella. At no time did I feel pressure to buy a car nor did he make me feel as if I was wasting his time. He was up front and honest with all of my options and help me select the best one for me and my family. I definitely would go back just to do business with him again. 5 star quality for sure.

Excellent Customer Service
John Serritella made it a great experience for me :) Dariusz Marcin was highly experience and professional. However, 2 years later when I needed help Johns help me with my warranty concerns and I appreciate to be treated with kindness and speak to people with good manners. All honesty I did not catch the phone operator's name but she was very help full and nice. please and thank you

Attentive and genuine service
While not being overbearing, the team at McGrath City Honda is attentive. I must admit, I was a fairly easy customer this time around. I knew exactly what I was looking for. After fielding some well thought out questions, I wasn't pushed or pulled in any direction unnecessarily. That being said, whenever I needed something, every team member was there to assist me.
