The GMC vehicle was good but the dealer made av $420 mistake on the sales tax offset for the trade in. The dealer has said they will correct ithe error but 3 people have not done what they committed to do, even after several weeks and multiple contacts.. Also their service “advisor”’has said they are overbooked and showed no interest in resolving an issue with the heads up display, The salesman suggested I take it to a different dealer. I went to Hansen Motors and they were far more responsive

Deruchette was so wonderful to work with! I called her in the morning from Lincoln, NE looking for help buying a car with my 20-year old daughter who lives in Ogden, UT. She took all the stress and worry out of car shopping long distance! She made sure everything was handled professionally and smoothly and she treated my daughter with kindness and care. I felt safe and comfortable, as did my daughter, through the entire process! By the end of the day, my daughter drove back to Ogden with a new car! I called Skylar, told him I wanted a pickup and with in days he had exactly what I was looking for ready for my yes or no decision. I worked with Brock and Korbin. Both were very helpful and straight to the point. No hassle. Got the car I wanted for close to the price I was looking for. Only had one minor issue, but added to contract that they would fix it at a later date that worked for me. In and out of there in only about 2 hrs. (Including just chilling and chatting for a bit.) lol
