How it got started... we were checking on a car my nephew saw down there at Murdocks. I called and got Sheldon and delt with him the whole time. There was a used car like we were looking for but not the color and we wanted to drive it. There was no pressure to get there right away, just what ever was good for us. Then we had a some time to come down (100 miles away) and we made arrangements with Sheldon and he accommodated us. We got there drove the car asked questions and then said we would like a specific color. He said they would have that car in about 5 weeks, we put some money down and waited. Just a couple of weeks later Sheldon called and said the car is here and will be ready to pick up next week. So me picked a day drove down, my wife liked the car and the color and we bought it. No pressure to get anything extra, just explained what was available answered questions and closed the deal. We comfortable and fair operation, thank you!

Chris was good to work with and easy to talk too. Very little to no pressure was put on me to buy. Got me in and out in 3 hours with some of that being a test drive around Logan. Happened to have pretty much what I needed at the time in a very chaotic truck buying time.

I've never been a fan of big box car dealerships and Murdock was a huge departure by being a fantastic, much more personal experience. I was looking for a very specific used vehicle and found my perfect truck at Murdock in Logan. Everyone there was incredibly helpful, well informed, and transparent about all the details of my used truck. I went from feeling super wary about dealerships to feeling very comfortable and excited about my purchase in such a personal and genuinely friendly setting. I arrived at dinner time and kept them there after closing time, and they even gave me popcorn as a snack while we went through paperwork. It was actually a very quick process. Deruchette was absolutely lovely to work with and she provided me with a terrific buying experience! My other vehicle was a 2005 so I had 13 years of technology to catch up on. Deruchette was so, so patient and pleasant to walk me through everything and cheerfully chatted with me the next day when I forgot a few things. I love my truck and I highly recommend Murdock in Logan!
