The people at Murdock were very helpful, courteous and friendly. Chris Baugh was great to work with. I would go back and work with him again. He answered all my questions, especially with options. The buying process was very efficient.

I worked with Brock and Korbin. Both were very helpful and straight to the point. No hassle. Got the car I wanted for close to the price I was looking for. Only had one minor issue, but added to contract that they would fix it at a later date that worked for me. In and out of there in only about 2 hrs. (Including just chilling and chatting for a bit.) lol

I have bought from them before and it was... ok. I went in again, thinking I would get a good returning customer experience, no, it was horrible. They acted like it was a pain in their A to sell me a car; that I was putting them out... it was jacked!

I purchased a 2010 Lincoln MKX one week and the next a 2013 Lincoln MKX from Murdock Chevrolet-GMC Logan. I understand that they are cash and carry cars but never in all my experience with vehicles have I felt like I got so screwed over. The 2013 Lincoln had a water pump leak and a spray bottle attached by zip ties to catch the leak. The sunroof does not open, nor the backup camera work. There are so many problems with this vehicle. I attempted to allow the dealership to make things right, but was told in so many words we don’t care that we screwed you over. It’s a cash and carry car. I’m super disappointed in how things were handled by management after I purchased 2 cars in 2 weeks from them. I will not purchase from the Murdock family again after my experience with Murdock Chevrolet Logan.

The staff at Murdock were very helpful, courteous and friendly. The buying, trading in and financial processes went smoothly and efficiently. Stewart found the right car for me, and went over and above his work schedule to make sure everything was taken care of, even delivering my new used car to my house. They have 100's of cars and trucks available, and will do all they can to find the right vehicle for you. I am happy with my purchase. Thank you!

My request for info was answered by Sales, Mr. R. Cloud. He spent time w me answering my questions, asking my preferences, & how much was my $ budget. He also offered me several other sales, if I was interested. In general Mr. Cloud & I had an easy & comfortable conversation, & he has since sent me a xxU email.

I’m still working with the staff. They are all friendly and helpful. I bought a car that I don’t love. They are willing to keep working with me until I find a better match.
