Excellent purchase experience

Worked with Jim Andrews in the purchase of a 2016 340i. Outstanding guy to deal with! Friendly, knew his stuff, and gave me all the time I needed to evaluate the vehicle and review my purchase options. Would definitely recommend Jim to a friend or family member.

Warranty work on a used car

Fantastic

I sent a text to Tony on Wednesday evening on what I was looking for, he found in the current inventory, I test drove at 1:00 pm on Thursday and two hours later drove off in my new X3 M40i and I love it!! Thanks to Tony and the entire crew!

Overall great experience

Ira was great to work with. He was communicative and always accessible. I never felt like I was being pressured to make a decision. I did find an issue with the front bumper of the car and brought it back in. Ira wasn't working, so Jim weaver assisted me and made it very apparent I would be taken care of. I left my car that day and two days later the bumper was good as new. My interactions with Ira and Jim made me feel valued as a customer, and I left feeling like buying at BMW of Des Moines was a great decision. My only criticism would be regarding the cleanliness and review of used cars before they hit the lot. One car we test drove still had hairspray all over the console, the other reeked of smoke. The car I purchased had black spray paint on the bumper. I would expect a certified BMW to be in pristine condition before hitting the lot.

Professional with affable employees dedicated to quality.

I expect my sales and service experience at a premium auto dealership to be equal or beyond the cost and quality of the automobiles that they sell. BMW of Des Moines personnel always meet or exceed those expectations starting with the General Manager, Scott Long to Tony Kapsch, the ultimate professional in sales to Tyler, the Service Manager to Dennis Christie in service. Add the above to the comfort and convenience of the dealership physical plant and one is the recipient of the ultimate dealership experience.

Best Experience in Years!

I have been a BMW/Porsche enthusiast for years. Having owned a number of both brands over the years, my experience with Ira and Jim was unsurpassed! The car was perfectly prepped and ready to go. Great service and a great price. What else can I ask for? Everything was exactly as we discussed. The process was fast, easy and enjoyable. BMW is a great company and these guys are the best of the best! The facilities are great and everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful.

Fixed my Flat

Called my service man Dennis. I hit a monster pot hole in the bad roads town of Winterset Iowa. Dennis had the tire in stock and got me back on the road quickly.

BMW X3

Between the manufacturer and dealer incentives purchasing directly through the dealer was as good, or better, than the purchasing services / clubs. The sales manager was very open about pricing and easy to work with.

Top Notch Detailing

My car looked brand new inside and out. Couldn’t have been more pleased. The shuttle service was wonderful as well. Appreciated the friendliness of both drivers. Thank you to all who were a part of the positive experience!
